Placed an order at 7:11 pm and 30minutes later still no order. They didn't hesitate to take my money. I called the store 4x to find out where my order was and they would hang up the call. Just for s&g's I called back and the manager answered the phone with lies and to my surprise canceled my order. If you think I am paying for a canceled order think again. ? Customer service they could have handled this differently I understand you don't have the help but I also would have understood if you would have been courteous enough to be honest with a paying customer and tell me you never prepared it. Heck I waited this long. The nerve of some people.????

I had a small order containing bread twists, and after an hour of nothing I decided to call the store. I ended up calling 5 times total and was hung up on 4 times (probably due to the fact my number and order were linked). The worker who answered the phone was rude then informed me “in 10 minutes we will put your order in the oven” at this point I had placed the order over and hour and a half ago and just told him to cancel it.

The ladies that work there are awesome.The only issue I had was that I ordered extra cheese and I got barely regular.
First and last time getting pizza from here. We took advantage of the half price offer this week ... pizza was so bad it wouldn't have been worth it if it had been free!Totinos frozen pizza is better!

This is a bad franchisee, if you try to order anything using a coupon, the order will not go through. We ordered twice from my phone and once from my friend's phone and no luck. When I called the store, the employee confirmed that the coupon was the problem and they could not honor it over the phone. I'm not worried, I will get my coupon honored. I'm calling the good folks in Ann Arbor tomorrow!

Gave you guys so many chances Fernandina beach needs to hire new employees especially ASHLEY one of the managers she literally is evil and hangs up on you order Italian sausage an black olives there is no black olives… then there’s mushrooms on the first time pizza terrible
