The girl in the drive through was rude. Asked to see a size and she handed the plate through the window and said “you touched it, now I have to charge you.” She was rude and snarky. The food is okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Go somewhere else and save yourself the attitude.

Look, I like LOUD MUSIC in my car but not at a restaurant. Good God your Christmas music was so loud that a dude on his cell phone was almost screaming to the person he was trying to talk to today 12/06/2023. In the future use some common sense when it comes to playing your in store music. My Zak Snack was good. The ginger Ale I had was good also. And I had three cookies you already had bagged. I would have preferred to have picked out my own. Maybe use those cookies already bagged for the drive thru only. I like the Freestyle machine but you waste A lot of ice. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays just turn down the music please..Parking: The problem I see in parking is when customers, many of them not very bright in driving. Block people that want to park and go inside this restaurant. You also have a problem with people driving through your parking lot and not even stopping at your restaurant.To beat the traffic in Fernandina Beach is a major problem. But a customer or an employee could be hurt because some fool is crossing through your parking lot to beat the crazy traffic.
I've lived within a couple of miles of the restaurant for almost twenty years, but my recent visit left much to be desired. I'm afraid I won't be returning after this experience. In my honest opinion, the atmosphere was chaotic, with customers waiting for extended periods for their orders. The staff's attitude was less than friendly, and to make matters worse, my order was incomplete. As much as I wanted to have a pleasant dining experience, this visit was a disappointment, and I'm hesitant to give it another chance.

I had to wait for my order of 4 meal combos, which was fine and when they brought my food they gave me 2 meals vouchers and free cookies. That was going above and beyond so thank you guys.. yall are doing an amazing job!!

The big Zak snack is my personal favorite. I love the sauce. I love the seasoned salt that is applied to the fries. The chicken is always moist and tender. Their salads are very good too if you want to go in that direction services. Warm and friendly bathrooms are clean and the customers always are friendly and helpful

I don’t know why I even bother going to Zaxbys anymore. I would say it’s the location but it isn’t. I didn’t realize there was a shortage on chicken as the chicken have shrunk in size but the prices keep climbing. I went there yesterday through drive thru. No cars, but I pull up to pay and the guy at the window was on his phone. Felt like a forever before he acknowledge me. Don’t ask us to have payment ready at the window if the workers don’t care to collect. My loaded fries was lukewarm and with pieces of shredded chicken.

At the Fernandina location the manager Amanda was very very very rude to me and the other crew members were not honest on what happened. And the owner wasn't much help, he took the words of kids over a customer, very very awful awful experience!!! I'm not going back to this location!!!!! I've always visited this location for years but not anymore!!!!
