Had breakfast this morning for over $17; two pieces of bacon; two silver dollar sized smash hash browns; biscuit and gravy and two eggs. I ordered medium cooked eggs and they came hard and burnt crispy. So I sent them back and the second order was no different. Same you can't cook a egg.

Food and coffee are great and priced so that you can afford to visit again. Both coffees were really good. I liked the Maple Tap a lot and I don't normally like flavored coffee.

I had an unfortunate experience here this morning and was missing some of my items when I picked up my order and got home. I was a little annoyed with having to drive back. I explained that I was missing some items and the dude with the sick mustache made my entire order again so the food was hot. I work in the sales/service industry and the owners should be very very proud of the way this guy handled my situation. Very apologetic and got me hot food quickly. Threw my kids some cinnamon rolls too.

Fantastic place for breakfast! Came here for a casual breakfast and it did not disappoint. The sticky maple biscuit with the smash browns were awesome. Also recommend the iced maple vanilla latte. 10/10!

Order was to have over medium eggs but got over hard. Called them but basically, the y did not really care. I am a paraplegic and am bed bound. I will never order again from here. I am Navy retired and 100 percen disabled. Will have to let other know how I was treated on my call back.

The food delivered is better. I had the eggs over Oryan or something like that. It was bland and cold. They ask you stupid questions like your first job or favorite movie that give employees just enough info to steal your identity. When I walked in I greeted the cashier and asked how she was. To this, she responded, “Great, what do you want?” Maybe it's just this location but I won't be trying any others anytime soon to test that theory.

I was so excited to finally try Maple Street Buscuit Company, and now that I have, I have some thoughts. For a place that has 'biscuit' in the name, I had really high hopes for the biscuits to be so much better. I consider myself to be a bit of a biscuit Baroness, if you will. I have high standards for them, and these biscuits simply fell flat. They were not fluffy or soft or buttery. They were tough, dry and crunchy.I could've cried at how disappointing they were. The fried chicken I had with the biscuit was seasoned nicely, but it was also dry. Again, I could've cried! The coffee was a let down as well. It had a bitter aftertaste and it was warm, not hot. I gather from sitting in the carafe. I understand and like the idea of self serve coffee. However, after sitting for who knows how long, it lost its heat and developed that awful bitter taste that all true coffee lovers shudder at.Now for the service. The service at Maple Street is wonderful and warm and inviting. Truly the only part of this visit I really loved was the interaction with the servers. They are so sweet and made the atmosphere such a cozy one.I am so thankful for that.Overall, I just wasn't impressed with the food and I'm really heartbroken about that. I may try it again in the future and try something else from the menu and get a specialty made coffee instead of the self serve coffee. We'll see what happens!
