Had lunch for my birthday eve here today and from start to finish it was just wonderful! The hostess was very friendly...the restaurant was exceptionally clean and bright, including the bathroom...and our waiter, Enrique was the absolute BEST! I ordered chicken fajitas, and they were sizzling and delicious! Also, it was quite a large portion for lunch. Priced much lower than chain restaurants, and MUCH better/more authentic! We will be back!:)

Absolute 10/10 restaurant!!First off, the atmosphere is lovely. I truly feel like this place must’ve been curated by some famous interior designer. The decorations are beautiful, from beautiful light fixtures to painted porcelain tables! I’m obsessed!!Secondly, the food is truly truly delicious. This place deserves to win awards! I had the beef tacos and I was shocked how delicious they were. Truly impressed.Thirdly, the service is amazing. Everyone greeted us with a smile and tried to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Our server, Olivia, was wonderful! She was so attentive to our table and food. She also noticed it was my birthday and gave us free desert and drinks to go!!I had a wonderful time here. I’m saving this restaurant, so I can come back again as soon as possible!!Never have I ever recommended a place so heavily!! ✨✨✨✨

The food was absolutely wonderful and our server very friendly. My husband often asks for the server to surprise him with a meal and sometimes they don't like to do that, but he was very nice about it and my husband was VERY happy with the carne asada he got.

We are from Texas and we know what great Mexican food is! This place has been our favorite since we moved here six years ago. We have tried Mexican spots all over the city, in Saint Augustine, and the beaches. This is still our favorite spot. There is ample outdoor seating with nice tables and chairs, and it's lighted well at night. Festive environment also with a TV for viewing outdoors. The inside is modern with comfortable booth seating and tables. There is a gorgeous bar that offers the best frozen margarita flights we have ever had!!! I wish I had a picture! I'll try to find one from my last visit? Ambience is great inside, great vibe, fun atmosphere. The wait staff is always great and very friendly and we have never had a bad meal here. Ever. They will bring you the biggest dish of cheese dip that you have ever seen in your life! So I do hope that if you order it, you're feeling a little cheesy. The salsa and chips are always fresh and delicious. You will not be disappointed with anything that you might order there. On this visit, we ordered the chili relleno and a single serving of chicken fajitas. And the fajitas are always sizzling, so make sure the smoke is pointed away from you. Otherwise you will leave smelling like fajitas! You may park right in front of the restaurant in the parking lot, as the restaurant is in a strip mall, but very centrally located in Fleming Island and nice inside and out! I do know other people that drive here from a distance, just as we do, because it's worth the trip!

Actually not as good as last time I went. No problem getting to table for a Saturday night. But the music, even though the young man singing was very good, was just too loud. My date and I could barely hear each other, and we moved to another table farther away. Still too loud. The food, actually average at best. It wasn't bad, but nothing to compliment on either. So my experience just wasn't as good. But don't let my review influence you.Kid-friendliness: Good place to bring kids.

Having just got here from San Antonio and San Diego this is the best Mexican in the area. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is off the chain.
