I absolutely love Smoothie King. My favorites are the Banana Boat with Fiber and the PB Swizzle without PB substitute honey. Both are so delicious but I look forward to my Acai Bowl once a week. The staff here is always so nice and full of recommendations. The inside of the store looks like it opened yesterday and the bathrooms are very clean. I'm so glad we have one in the area.

Went during my lunch break today and the person working the drive-thru said they could only make three different smoothies. Seriously? Huge waste of time! With multiple other smoothie places in close proximity, I don’t see Smoothie King lasting very long with this type of service.

It was a hot Wednesday afternoon so we knew right away an ice cold Smoothie would be a refreshing treat after having a late lunch at one of our favorite Seafood Restaurants, Corky Bells.Ample parking at the front of the store since it was mid-afternoon but there evidently was a constant two/three cars going through the drive-thru while we were there.I had a Strawberry Coffee Gladiator with Sweetened Strawberries and the wife had their Mangofest which definitely hit the spot. Both were made quickly by the welcoming staff and they were back to serving other customers also seeking an ice cold treat on this hot day.This location's store appeared definitely larger and more spacious than the others I've been to.

Very long wait times and the “so-called” Manager Austin is upset when the smoothies aren’t correct and he has to remake. He asked that we never come back and if did, he wouldn’t serve us. VERY VERY RUDE and thinks he owns the place instead of staying in an employee position. He can’t monitor, control or turn people away if they aren’t hostile or aggressive. Praying he isn’t there long as he isn’t happy to be there. He flamboyantly began to agitate me as I peacefully walked away laughing and saying have a great day lol. I can’t… He really wishes he was an owner. Oh and yells it doesn’t matter if I call corporate as they’re a franchise. Poor little tink tink needs another JOB lol lol

I come here frequently and the service is always excellent, I love the rewards program. If your a frequent visitor it will save you money regularly.
For the past 4 months of visiting every time I order they don't get my order right. I ask for the simplest thing, light Bananna in my Angel Food Smoothie and they put only Bananna or extra Bananna in it instead.I'm sick of this. Going to a different smoothie place from here on.
