Anna creswell and Hannah smith were terminated from tropical smoothie on San Jose for destroying property. And now they’re here and they’re making it worse here now. Horrible customer service and they were smoking their little vapes behind the line. They have HORRIBLE customer service and sincerely don’t care about how they make the store look. Honestly shameful and pitiful for this store to rehire them after all the wrong they did in the other store.

I placed an order online through their site for delivery. I paid a nice tip to the driver only to realize all my food wasn’t in the bag. When I called the store they basically said “oh yeah, it’s right here, guess we forgot to place it in the bag. You can come and pick it up”. Well damn, if I wanted to come pick up my food I wouldn’t have paid a tip to a delivery driver. Now I have to make the choice to be out the money for the missing item or drive to the store to pick up on item while my food gets cold and I paid extra money for delivery! DO BETTER.

The review is so bad that I'd prefer a call back. It's borderline, close your store. You should be embarrassed that you allow the horrible service along with threatening gestures made to customers. Thug-sonville (please respond with an email address you'd like correspondence with) No call back I'll write in detail what happened in this store directly to my contact at your corporate office.Dietary restrictions: They didn't even know what their options were for Gluten free so the girl said they didn't have any. A quick glance at your website said you do have options.

Ok, i dont even know where to start but i can definitely say that this place is a clowns factory.I ordered a salad, i received it with no fork so i ask for a fork. There aren't any forks? No.So i run to the nextdoor publix get a fork.The manager comes out talking back that there are only 2 guys and i shouldn't get aggravated for them not having a fork ?Any way if you're hungry and there's nothing else to eat BRING YOUR OWN FORK!L

Had the pesto chicken flatbread-it was good, lots of cheese :) girls working the counter were very nice.

My 1st visit. Service was rather slow and a couple of the orders before me were incorrect. I was told it was due to a new staff training so I'll definitely visit again and give it another chance.

Terrible experience. Staff was in the back talking amongst each other loudly about unrelated things while we waited for easily 15 minutes to order. Then another 20 to receive our smoothies. Baja Chicken wrap had barely a couple pieces of chicken, it was all wilted lettuce. Also the store is pretty dirty.

My family has been to this location a few times. We usually order wraps and smoothies which are good. The service on the other hand is always a disappointment. They often appear bothered by the fact a customer even walked in the door and in our experience the girls at the counter often come off as rude. It’s a shame because we have given this place a try several times and it hasn’t improved at all service wise. There are other smoothie companies on the island that we will give a try next time in hopes of friendlier service while supporting our local community.

I was supposed to pick up an online order at 1:45, a little over ten minutes later and no sign of my food or any food being made I asked how long it would take for my order to be ready. The food was never made, so i had to wait another 5 minutes. On top of that I didn’t receive my chips or salsa, and just now realized as I got home. Like come on dude!!!
