First of all this horrible restaurant is located in what I call, " The Murder Hotel" because I thought I might get murdered. Awful, awful awful!!! Got in late at night, 9:30 ish and checked into my room. The lobby was a joke but the front desk attendant was nice. My room was 6 buildings over from the office and I had to walk through construction, including a demolished swimming pool. Not joking when I say I was looking all around to make sure I wasn't being followed. I didn't have a car and was offered a complimentary glass of wine, so considering the late hour decided to risk my life and walk to the poolside bar and grab a bite and a glass. I ordered potato skins with extra onions. I wasn't very hungry and potato skins are easy, right? The bartender brought back my "food" quickly and apologized they were out of onions. No problem, I'm on vacation,I can be flexible. The potato skins were cold and soggy and had no flavor. No problem, I'll just smear them with sour cream. Even the sour cream had no flavor!!! (No I did not have Covid!). No bacon, no cheese NO FLAVOR. I returned them to the bartender with a $5 tip, told him these were inedible nd went back (with fear) to my room where I luckily had the soggy remains of a sub sandwich from my travels. After the food t 3711 beach side, it tasted like a gourmet meal. NEVER AGAIN BEACH PALACE RESORT AND 3711 BEACH SIDE!!!!!!

High priced for very low quality food sauce tasted like it was fresh out of a jar and Chicken was weird tasting they had outdoor seating only in which was decent booths were torn apart and rest of area dates I wouldn’t come back here waste of $50 and they add gratuity automatically for table of 2

I can only assume that the reviews written here for this place are 'creative'. This is NOT fine dining. This is NOT good food. This is a dive place. Overpriced and boring food. Can not recommend this place at all. Very poor considering the 'reviews' it has.

Horrible service, but automatic gratuity is added, so the server didnt care. Outside seating was very run down, dirty, and garbage all over the floor, Not busy when we showed up. Server was ok at first when getting drinks. Then we had to flag her down after that everytime we needed something. Didnt even bother to check on us. Asked the bartender for a refill, and the server walked up to our table with a sandwich in her hand eating it. Ordered mahi, but it tasted like salmon. Server never came back, so my husband just ate it. He still liked it. There was 6 of and we ordered 2 dessert to share. She brings 2 plastic silverware to eat it with. When I go up amd ask for more spoons or forks, she stated I brought 2. I told her there are 6 of us. When we figured it out and just shared the plastic fork, she showed up with a few Dirty used spoons. Had to ask for boxes, Togo bag, Bill, etc. There only a few people at the bar, and maybe 2 tables. She applied an auto grat, so what did she care. The cook deserved the tip! He was the only one who cared.

Our waiter Daryl was a blast and guided us well toward the Rum Punch and Crab Legs; both were great! The quantity and quality were fantastic, the best ever - and that's not an overstatement.

Mahi made our friend start puking almost immediately and server wouldn't take that off the bill. took probably an hour and a half to get our food. no one in our group liked what we ordered. fries were good is the only positive thing to come from this experience.

The food was pretty good but it took over an hour and a half to get it after we ordered. Their service was very below average and you get very cheap plastic silverware. I would not recommend coming here. You can find food just as good with way better service.
This was me and my boyfriends favorite spot to visit on our trip. We had drinks and lunch there everyday , food was always great, good drinks & really nice bartenders. Bali or bale (not sure spelling) had great service so did the female bartenders. Will definitely come back here when I visit again. The fries also so yummy & seasoned well

Terrible service! We had to wait over 20 minutes just to be served, the bartender looked very overwhelmed and was very rude and not attentive. I would highly NOT recommend wasting your time or money here.

Went here Friday night. Went because it was listed as the #2 place in Ft. Lauderdale. I wonder how this could be true after going there, for it appeared to be absolutely horrible. The menu was a joke (both physically and what was on it) and while the people were nice when we up and left, all I could think is that I do not want to lose my faith in Tripadvisor, who I trust to help me make choices when I am traveling.
