I will never come back here when an artist is performing. Regular Sunday brunch is better! I had reservations and leading up to the day of event everything kept changing so unorganized. No one knew what was going on and all the staff were lost and confused. The ladies at the front door were literally fussing and whispering with each other while we waiting trying to figure out what’s going on instead of serving us. We had to pay for drinks at the door which has never happened and then got to the table for them to tell us one of the bottles we paid for is sold out ridiculous. The bottle girl inform us multiple times she would secure the bottles while we went outside for a few minutes because we were going to take them with us to come back and bottles are gone. Asked to speak to manager to be told the manager not coming. Finally spoke to one manager (don’t remember his name but knows how he look) he was nice and understanding and was able to assist and clear everything up! Backyard over booked and raise prices for everything only to be a dysfunctional wreck. Didn’t really care about the artist performing she just ended up being there on my bday. Came to have a good time with friends for my bday only for it to start off as a disaster. Never come when an artist is performing unless you want to be crammed pack and over charged! Also the lines for food was ridiculous I would suggest they have two location/area people can go for food.

It’s been years since I’ve visited this place. Came for a friends birthday and had a blast for 90s night. Dressed like we were back in the 90s. Drinks were affordable, bartender was amazing.

Backyard is a super fun spot with great drinks, musics, and vibes. The security team is also great!Last weekend, as my friends and I were about to enter, I realized I had left my ID in my other purse (typical, I know). Panic mode set in until the bouncer noticed and calmly asked if everything was okay. When I explained my situation, he smiled and said, "No worries, happens to the best of us. Go grab it, and I'll save your spot."His understanding and kindness instantly put me at ease. I ran to the car with my friend to get it, and when we came back, he held his word and kept our spot and even helped us find the rest of our friends! Thank you to the guy at the door (sorry I forgot your name) for being so chill and helpful!

Awesome experience at backyard! The two front door guys were amazing and I felt like a VIP as soon as I get to the front door until I left the venue. Bartenders are super nice and quick with my drinks! will be back for ladies night!

Never have I had a worse experience anywhere. This place had a $20-$30 cover, ensuring an open bar for the night. HOWEVER, what they failed to mention is that the bartenders will REFUSE to serve you unless you show them cash. The main bartender downstairs was absolutely disgusting and vile, and when my friends had been waiting front row at the bar for 15 minutes without receiving even a look of acknowledgment, she finally yelled at them that she wouldn't "work for free" and that they were "interrupting her service". She then CALLED SECURITY because they wouldn't leave the bar front. If you don't want to "work for free" then don't work for a place that makes people pay to get in and in return advertises an OPEN BAR. There is another review on here that points out the same problem and shows photos of the woman. I'm assuming the manager of this place is also a joke considering who they hire. Anyway, If you want a good experience go to Munchies, Kemistry, or Sway.
