This place is adorable and has a great patio space- so if vibes is all you need you should come! I ordered an Aperol Spritz and it was honestly delicious! However, I also ordered the breakfast quesadilla...and received 1/4 of a tortilla! Someone else at my table got the same thing and we were both pretty shocked at what we got, especially given that prices at Ann's are not low! Honestly, it was enough of a deterrent that I probably wouldn't come back. I might stop in for a coffee to go if I'm on Las Olas, but there are better breakfast spots that at least give you a full plate of food for Las Olas price tag.

Definitely a nice place to venture to! Enjoyed a refreshing Nitro Cold Brew and a nice chat with Taylor. The owner also took the time to share directions to the local river walk, which was super helpful! Great service, nice atmosphere, and amazing coffee. ?

Yes, unique concert and they do it well and it's a great people watching spot. Great food and coffee, attentive service, they're always busy and it's a nice spot right off of Las Olas. I highly recommend!

Haven’t tried anything but one of their fudge treats and their herbal tea but they were both good! Barista was super cool and friendly and the decorations were very pretty. Overall nice place to grab a sweet treat at a cute spot.

Not only does this place exude old Florida charm, but it has a modern approach which leaves you wanting more. All around five star. Recommend any and everyone to have an experience here. Relaxing daily enjoyment and definitely fantastic for any celebration. The flowers smell delightful. The café is fun. Outside dining is ideal.

Just like France! Lovely quaint place, and as a frequent French speaking visitor of France, I can agree that the croissant is authentically pleasing; a soft bite of yum! Would recommend ?

Prettiest cafe on all of Las Olas. Such a unique place and an incredibly gorgeous patio dining area at the front with lush greenery everywhere, and beautiful fresh flowers on each table. This is a combination of FLORIST on the left and a bakery on the right plus a small little bar in the back. Next to the bar is another eating area with lounge, chairs, and couches and also a community table too. Brownie was just ok and easy too sweet. In order to sit in the front patio, you must order from the waitress which she made it very apparent to me after I sat down with the order that I paid and tipped for at the counter I guess it takes her tips away, but there should be a sign for that. Anyway, I tried to get Wi-Fi Internet around that area and it was impossible because the owner put the Router all the way to the back of the establishment. You get one bar that doesn't work if you're sitting out in the front so if you're looking for a place to work, you have to go all the way inside where it's very dark and dreary but still cute. After sitting all the way at the back bar, staring at a register to try to get Internet, both internets were intermittent and hardly worked. So I would find somewhere else to use WiFi They play 80s rock and 80s new wave which was amazing. Great playlist.!

The place is so pretty and the vibes are so relaxing! Love the view from here. The coffee was really good and I recommend the banana coconut bread, you won't regret it! Didn't liked the macaroons and the brownie was so sweet tho. The attention was really friendly :) I'll come back when I want to relax a little bit

Coffee's and drinks were 10/10. Food was okay, but I loved the environment and everything about this place enough to look past it. The only place I visited more than once within a week.

I went to try the "Bolivian Empanada" and have a coffee. Firstly they didn't know what is was called when I asked for the Saltena. Everything was just an empanada they had different ones. I pointed out the one I wanted as chicken. This saltania what's made differently than other saltanias I've had. It had a normal flower crust. Satania is typically have a sweeter thicker softer crust and have delicious juices inside with the meat. This is what sets them apart from a typical empanada. The worst part is they charged 8 bucks for one! The small latte ordered was burnt and bitter. 16 bucks for a not very authentic saltania and a bitter coffee. If you want a real saltania Go to the yellow green market there's a Bolivian guy outside that sells them for like $3 and they're much better.Image of their saltania and a real saltania.
