The onion, tomato., lettuce , all freshly cut to order.It seems every restaurant in the area buys pre-formed burgers., from the same purveyor, and slap on a : burger set-up made hours or days ago.Home-made fresh food, cooked to order, is a recipe for success. Fortunately, Red Beard believes in that recipe.I've had Barrister's Burger in Southampton in the 80's. I love BRB. They have some of the best for in town and always have great beer on draft and in the cooler. Also a great place if you're a scotch or bourbon fan. The staff is amazing and great fun to hang out with. And don't miss LGBTQ+ night.

We walked past this bar due to no outside seating and it looked pretty plain. Locals stopped us and asked what we were looking for and sent us back here. After walking in we were pretty impressed by the inside, craft beer options, and menu. I got Grandma's meatball sub and it was excellent. The fries are insanely good while they are still hot. We sat at a high top table away from the bar and had beers delivered in under 60 seconds. I would come back.
