The ice cream is really good if you think about price, size and quality and what you get for. I'm just leaving this review because the attention was amazing! I love me some Baskin Robbins from time to time...They have full calorie ice cream options as well as some lower calorie ones like sugar free, no sugar added, sherbets, yogurts, etc. At this store, the Baskin Robbins is on the right side, while on the left, they have a Dunkin' store. When I got to the cash register, there was no one there....everyone was on the Dunkin' side. I waited for about a minute, until I saw a lady and asked her if the ice cream side was open. She told me, I'll get someone to help. As this conversation happened, another lady said to me..."I've been waiting for 5 minutes for a cake and no one is here". Finally a nice lady came over and helped us both.... I got the pineapple coconut and it was delicious...light and fruity, it only has 160 calories per 4 oz serving.... I will keep that flavor on my short list.

I am pissed! I paid $45 for a whipped cream cake. This cake was not an ice cream cake. The cake was top with a lot of whipped cream, a layer of cake at the bottom and a thin layer of ice cream in the middle. My son was so disappointed that he threw his cake away. I don’t recommend them at all.

Stopped 30 mins before the store is supposed to close and was told they were closed - with the “open” sign on, and the door unlocked. I guess they couldn’t be bothered to do their job, bc their hours say they were still open for another 30 minutes. I guess this is what happens when you can’t find decent

This is our favorite location. We always go in late in the evening. The service is always good for us. The only complaint is they keep the bathrooms locked because either the homeless people are messing up the bathrooms or that is the excuse to keep the bathrooms locked after cleaning, so they don't have to do it again before they get off work. Management could put the bathroom door code on your receipt to eliminate the problem. My guess is the city requires you to have a public bathroom, so someone needs to deal with this issue. Legit customers like having a bathroom available especially since we drive 21 miles to get there.

I just left there very unsatisfied. I let the lady know I was not happy with my order but she didn't care she just walked away from me. I told her there were no cherries in my cherry jubilee. It was disappointing to order that and have no cherries. Waste of money and food

The shake was not right. Ice cream and milk separately swimming together. Like a thikening agent was left out. Couldn't even finish a half. Yak.

Devonte' has great customer service & Is very patient every time I come.
Big store lots of selections but some employees really don't want to be here lol. Do your best to he kind and hopefully they help you. I ran by doing some door dashes and it took forever to get help on the orders then sat down and had a small snack. Wasn't the most pleasurable experiment customer service was kinda off to be honest

I have been there twice, both times the signs and available ice cream were wrong. Both times the ice cream had an icy texture instead of creamy. Second time I tried to order a hot fudge sundae and they had no hot fudge.

Always out of stuff, I know this is Sunrise, but please try to keep up! some of us need our donut fix. Place is ok clean, employees are aloof, I can't see how the owner is doing well with this store but I wish them nothing but success.
