We didn't go in expecting a fancy breakfast at a fancy restaurant . The food was good and reasonable. Decor was old,unfortunately service was awful. But would honestly go back,as finding a decent affordable breakfast is getting to be a challenge.

Daisy was a great in taking our order. Our son got his mini pancakes right away. Lots of locals came in that the staff knew . We thought that was a great sign that the food would be great, almost like being home.Kid-friendliness: Highchairs

This diner offers a large selection of standard breakfast items served hot and quick. Nothing too fancy or pretentious. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. The pancakes and bacon were great, the eggs could have been better. My dining partner ordered the daily special omelet with toast. The omelet was tasty, but the side of hollandaise sauce was extremely thick and tasteless. We did not have to wait for seating, and our server took great care of us.

From the area for decades, and had never been before, but now have been twice in the last couple of weeks. Both times had incredibly friendly waitresses, and both times breakfast was cooked perfectly. Today I had a ham and cheese omelet, and wish I took a picture, because it really looked (and tasted) perfect. Home fries cooked well done as requested. Really like our new find and plan to be back often!
