I ordered a #1 with cheese meal medium with a dr pepper. And got nothing but bread and a patty the lady who took my order (on Feb 22 2024 between 12p and 12:30p at the drive thru didn't confirm what I ordered the 3 times she asked me over the broken intercom. She again asked me what I wanted to drink when I pulled up to pay. Look I'm not gonna say she was on something but she clearly was forgetting how to work at her station and blindly taking peoples order and messing them up.If this review has reached the owners, please do a check on your equipment outside to ensure your equipment is up-to-date and re-train this lady or change who runs the drive thru because this was the worst experience I've had the displeasure of traversing.Do not recommend.

Every time I go to this Burger King they are rude and they get my order wrong. The last time I went was definitely the last time I will pay someone to give me mediocre food and a bad attitude!

The burgers were cooked properly and the lettuce was crisp.and crunchy. The fries were cooked perfectly - nice and hot and soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. The frozen coke was perfection with the coke tasting cinnamony. I wish I would have ordered a large one. This was a good experience to get the food fresh and hot.

Tanisha is the worse worker that works there. She had the worse attitude and we didn’t even have any conflict, that’s just her attitude- acting as if someone owe her something for working there. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and they didn’t put the egg on the sandwich. When I pulled back up (after driving all the way to work), she lied and said she couldn’t give me my money back because the lady wasn’t there that opened it. She told me to come back after 2pm and I didn’t because I didn’t want her to think she was getting away that easily. When I came, one of the ladies then told me she (Tanisha) was a manager and she lied. The lady kindly gave me my refund with no problem.

After waiting 20 minutes to place an order with my crown points, the points were taken out of my account and the ahole of a manager claims that it didn't process which b.s. I had over 1600 points and it went down to 883 and I didn't get my order. I will escalating this to corporate first thing Monday morning. This place has always been an issue and as much as I love burger King I hate this establishment in particular.
