The fried chicken sandwich and chicken tenders were overcooked and dry..Staff seemed very unhappy appeared they didn’t want to be there .I did return the chicken sandwich and the remake was just as bad so I took a few bites and discarded the remainder .Fries were also very overcooked .Not a good experience at all .

We ate here the night before leaving for our cruise. The place was very dirty, the kids that work here are all rude and the food lacked flavor. They do not use salt or pepper nor do they have any salt to add yourself.

I ordered a burger, and it was overcooked and very greasy. Every topping is an extra item in the menu, so a basic burger end costing over $ 20. Fries were soggy.There were 4 tables and one large community table, which is not what you expect when you pay that much for a burger.

First time at this location. Came in late and crew was packing up. They opened the outdoor seating and let me enjoy a nice dinner with my family. Kids eat free on Mondays, and we love Burger-Fi, but it was the service that made this our new go-to location. Our cashier, Stephon, made our night. He was helpful, thoughtful, and joyful. He went out of his way to put us first even though I'm sure he was ready to go home. Guy had a smile and personality that could light up a room. We're truly appreciative. It's the small things. Also, I didn't get our cook's name, but the burgers were perfect, like I've come to expect from the Fi. A++

Both me and my mom are vegetarians and today we ordered the Vegifi Burger and the Impossible Burger. We absolutely LOVED it. Finished in 6 minutes. We ordered ONE BurgerFi sauce on the side for an extra .75 and the person taking our order gave us 3! Restaurant is very clean and very nice style on the inside. Where I live, there are no BurgerFi restaurants so next time I come to FLL, we will 100% be returning here. 10/10 lunch or dinner spot especially if your Vegan/Vegetarian
