Bombay Cafe has an India decor, does covid 19 protocol, its traditional Indian restaurant. They used to be on Andrews and have recently moved to this Oakland Park Blvd. location. They have a good staff, menu has vegan dishes, meat, seafood .Customers are lots of locals, equal amount of female to male ratio, ages middle to older.

Absolutely delicious! The chicken tikka masala was flavored perfectly. Naan bread cooked to perfection. Will have to visit them for their buffet.

The best thing I can say about this place is that it is off the main drag and away from the touristy, glitzy areas that charge an arm and a leg for dining. Hence, this place is not pretentious or snooty like some of the other Indian restaurants. It is a simple, laid back place where the waiters do not hesitate to converse in Hindi and are warm and polite. However, the menu and the food itself is as generic as every other Indian restaurant of this type in the entire USA. This one was particularly bad because the two subzis we ordered were swimming in oil. The bhindi had many pakka bhindis in it and the baingan bharta had no taste of baingan. The Indian restaurants in the USA use a certain kind of flour for the breads that make them without any flavor or bite. Also, unlike most Indian restaurants, this place willingly brought a plate of papads and chutneys to start with. The dahi papdi chaat was disappointing in that there was no sign of papdi, it was all chana.

Very rude staff, no courtesy at all. We were standing in line for 30 minutes and ordered food worth of $82. We wanted to buy curry but the lady at the counter said curry will take few more minutes to come. In few minutes the guy brought the curry and I told to this lady now you can give me curry, the lady at the counter was so rough and she told me I have to go back in line again. I told her I can not stand anymore as I am diabetics but she said no you have to go in line. I almost threw my $80 food I bought from there on her face. Very rude staff. I do not know if owner pays them salary or not that his staff is showing anger in the customers.

I almost don't want to tell so many people about this place because I want it all for myself - but this place is amazing. It's a paradox because we eat totally vegan most of the time but when there's goat curry this good there is just no stopping. Fantastic food, reasonable prices and super, super nice people.

This Indian restaurant is a bit out of the way and the look is dated but the food is good. The Sunday night buffet offers an interesting selection at a reasonable price. Service is minimal.

Ate dinner and the food was delicious. Their service was fast and the staff very courteous. We tried the Paneer Kucha and Shahi Paneer curry and we liked it. Our order also came with a bowl of white rice. Check them out when you are in the area.

Seven of us from the same family went to this middling Indian restaurant a few nights ago specifically because they have a dinner buffet. However, I was somewhat disappointed that there were only 3 meat dishes--one goat and two chicken--available on the buffet. Also, there was only naan bread on the buffet and no others. I did not return to the buffet after my initial fill-up, which says something negative. We had a good time anyway as this was a sort of mini-family reunion and it was a central location for us to meet. Plenty of free parking. The buffet price was about $17 per person.

These ladies know how to cook! Always fresh home cooked meals. They have smoothies, they have sandwiches and of course, cafe con leche is out of this world! Highly recommend!

Resto is the besto. Their "breakfast special" is the cat's meow. Friendly boricuas that are always smiling and eager to help. The croissants smell as if they were flown over fresh from Paris this morning. Resto is lit AF! 2 giant thumbs up for Resto!

Probably the worst breakfast I've ha in 5 years. Breakfast sandwich was deconstructed with croissant that wasn't even sliced . Turkey bacon was raw and eggs had no cheese. I also order a protein shake. It came Luke warm not a shake but like water. Disgusting! All for $11.80. What a ripoff.. I'll never eat there again!!!!
