A true Mexican Experience. Just moved to the area and happened upon Casa Frida. We walked in and knew it was going to be authentic Mexican cuisine. Lived here for a month and have visited 3 times already. This will be our place to dine out.

Food was good service was weird...the fast talk pretty female was like a high pressure hard salesperson pushing on the most expensive items on the menu repeatedly?? That was the first time, I have ever encountered that for meal ??

Just had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. We were served by Claudia who was wonderful. We were a family of 6 with 2 children. The kids loved thier food. And everyrhing we ordered was delicious. I had the lamb barbacoa which was really really good. The flavors were fantastic. Everyone who worked jn the restaurant was friendly and nice. Claudia was really attentive and super helpful with us deciding our dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with high chair. Kids food came. Out fast and was great. Also the atmosphere the kids loved.

The service was very poor, the waitress offered us something that she didn't have, the manager approached some tables, not all of them, and it was the birthday of one of the people at the table and they would charge us for a flan that they brought to the table. What a bad experience as customers, nothing special. The concept is very nice but the service is very poor starting from the managerI do not recommend..! When you go you want personalized service! Is

The waitress offered us happy hour when the hours had already ended and after apologizing and they did nothing about it.When serving the margaritas, the entire glass was wet and there were no napkins. The food was good, but the preparation of the staff is important. We were celebrating my birthday and they had the gesture of bringing a piece of flan that when checking the bill was charged, something that never happened in another restaurant. What a disappointment, but for us once was enough experience. Good luck!

This is my fourth time coming. The first time, it was relatively quite, the food was superb, and you could see that the gentleman who was running it (owner/manager) really took pride in the menue with his suggestions. The drinks were pretty good two. The second time, it was obnoxously loud, the food was below par, and the drinks were weak enough to give to a baby. I thought, hmmm maybe it was a bad night, i'll try them again. This time, the music was so loud we asked if they'd turn it down and they turned it up (probably cause they couldn't hear what we were saying). The orders were all mixed up, barely warm, and the drinks.... shame on them. I've heard some great things about this place so kind of dissapointed to see it go down.

Friends and I brunched on Sunday recently. The service followed the Mexican custom of good manners, courtesy and hospitality. The decor is gorgeous - a riot of vivid color, lighting and art referencing the Mexican phenomenon Frida Kahlo. I chose a brunch menu egg and chorizo croissant accompanied by fried potatoes and fruit salad. I had coffee. My friends had a Margarita and a distinctive bloody Mary made with Dos Equis beer that had chile, salt and lime around the glass's rim. My friends were happy with their meals, which they ordered consulting with the very accommodating waiter. Sadly, my croissant turned out to be a long potato roll, toasted with a half-scrambled egg and some undercooked chorizo, jack ckeese and tomatoes on top. The fried potatoes were cold french fries. The fruit salad was canned fruit cocktail. The coffee was instant, though the waiter offered refills from an old fashioned restaurant drip coffee carafe. I should have questioned our waiter carefully at some length before ordering. My bad.

My sister and I walked to this restaurant from our hotel. We enjoyed everything about our experience. Our waitress, Ali, was so sweet and very helpful. Our food and drinks were excellent .

Victor always greets us with a smile, and chats with us at the bar. I love when they come out, the music gets louder and they place a big sombrero on your head and give you a shot! The stuffed peppers is amazing, I order it everytime!

We had a great dinner at Casa Frida and as always, it was delicious! We sat at the bar and started with a tamarind margarita and a peach-mandarin orange-pineapple margarita and our bartender Stephanie took very good care of us and provided flawless service with a friendly smile. Stephanie made us awesome margaritas! We had guacamole and chips appetizer and for dinner chiles m-rellenos, and enchiladas Suizas de pollo. We enjoyed the delicious authentic flavors this is why it is our favorite Mexican restaurant in South Florida. La Dueña, la Señora Julieta came by the bar to say hello after a busy night. Be back soon!

The food is decent but the drinks on happy hour are the worst. They try to make it seem like it's a fresh drink but it's premade and extremely sweet. Not worth the money it costs for the drinks or anything in happy hour. Food is cool
