Amazing selection of olive oils and vinegars. Perfect for a gift or to enjoy for yourself. I have not taken a cooking class yet but it’s on my list to do and I’m looking forward it.
My wife and I experienced a fantastic dinner and time at Chef Jean-Pierre's cooking school. As some of the reviewers said it is more of a show than a school, at least the dinner we attended was. Chef Jean-Pierre and the rest of the staff are marvelously friendly and knowledgeable. We learned several cooking tricks from Jean-Pierre as he demonstrated and cooked the dinner we received. It was our first time and the chef was professional and very fun! He made cooking fun and informative. The food was delicious! The sous chef Sean was very personable and kind and it was clear he was a compliment throughout the evening. Overall we had a great time and we will be sure to return, especially because Jean-Pierre is retiring. We had a wonderful time!
