I asked the sever if he could put fresh lettuce and he ignored me. The check portion for a small bowl was very small. If you want brown rice it an up charge. And the chicken was dry. Not worth your time.

First time coming here. Ordered a wrap for take out. I work nearby so thought I would check it out. Food tasted good and fresh. Only thing is the sauce they used to toss the wrap ingredients in was over bearing and it seeped through the Tortilla so when I was eating it, it became a mess and fell apart. Besides that the service was good and the location seemed cleaned.

I paid 18 dollars for a small bowl that comes in half! It is unacceptable, plus the others are also missing 30% of their food. I paid 2 dollars for a sour cream that includes almost nothing! Same with guacamole, almost 3 dollars for a teaspoon. Plus I'm missing a drink. Terrible place to order delivery on a

Update 1/24/24 : after thinking, it’s not possible to get worse service I reluctantly and against my better judgment order for pick up. Two of my chop chops are made wrong, so I called to let them know. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything. Just simply notifying them. This is where it gets crazy.They put the manager on the phone and He proceeds to argue with me and tell me the orders were made right and I’m lying. So after being called a liar, I had to go ahead and drive all the way back to the store. Upon walking in the store immediately they knew who I was, I mean, who else would be coming back with a bag and three chop chops, right?The manager then starts back pedaling and not apologizing but justifying his actions. Saying he never called me a liar and that the employee swore he made the order correctly. All the while the employee who messed up the order is telling me “its not a big deal, it’s just a mistake” correct, your mistake. However, when I’m paying $40 for three bowls of chicken and rice, I expect my order to at the minimum be done correctly. Absolutely mind blowing they’re in business still! I really hope the GM or Owner sees this. Their store is being driven into the ground!!!Showed up on Sunday night January 7th at 7:30 PM and tried to walk through the door only to find it locked. The employees behind the counter waved at me as to tell me that they were closed. When I asked why the door said they were open till eight. They told me the hours on the door were incorrect. I’m sure their owner will be upset to find out the clothes shop early and lost business while still collecting their pay…..

I discover the "restaurant" a year ago (August 2022). Then, the proportions for the price were ok. The customer service always has been excellent. There's always parking. Very chilly atmosphere in and out of the place. But! As today (December 2023), the prices had stayed the same but the proportions are a lot smaller. I'm not going back.

Staff on 10/17/23 doesn’t greet or even welcome customers in let alone tell me they are ready to take my order. The person in line who let me in front of him was nicer then the employees. One of the employees asked me if I was cold before anything else… still wondering why that was a concern for her.Will not return to chicken kitchen ever again. Hire people who care about having a job.

I frequent this place a lot, the food used to be excellent for fast casual. Lately in the last few months the quality has gone down hill. I see a fairly consistent pattern of skimming (providing less food) when I order Uber eats or doordash. I often get less than half a chicken Breast in a large bowl.The salsa has also gotten to be expired or near expired at times. Tasting poor and onetime making me very sick within hours.Sometimes the food is still good , but they are soon going to loose a long time customer. It seems that the lack of quality control and consistency is going down hill fast. See picture of large original below, look at the laughable amount of chicken I paid 11+ dollars for and paid Uber eats to deliver. I felt like I just got skimmed hard. Full disclosure I did get a refund but this is chicken and rice how hard would it be to not short change people. I see this often with Uber eatsSalsa freshness and quality (food safety), freshness of chicken and attention to detail could make bring this place back. I have eaten here 2-3x a week for about a year and I’m very disappointed in the quality I have been seeing. Not sure where things are going wrong, would gladly change this review if management fixed these very obvious issues.
