We had an excellent time at Chili's yesterday at the Cypress Creek location. Richard was our server - and he had served us in the past a while back. We had the 3 for Me Menu - which is a great deal - and the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches we ordered were absolutely fresh, delicious and piping hot. Richard is one of the most professional servers - he always makes us feel welcome, with a smile, knows the menu inside and out and is always on top of the table. We wish there were more servers like Richard - he takes his job seriously, truly cares and has such positive energy. So this experience was a 10 out of 10 with a great meal and fantastic server - we hope that Chili's can recognize Richard for outstanding customer service - he truly is an asset to your organization. Looking forward to seeing Richard again!!Parking: This location has plenty of parking as it's located in a lot with other retailers.

Went here for my mother's 80th birthday dinner. Food was awesome. Place was busy but not too loud. Nice atmosphere. Logan was our server. He's the best! Very attentive and efficient with a great personality. Just wonderful. Forgot to take pics of food but everything was great.Vegetarian options: Some members of my family get the black bean or veggie burger here. They say it's very good.
We had a great time sitting at the bar and our server Kaitlyn was on point! We stopped by there b/c they have great specials and an awesome rewards app! There's a lot of freebies you can get and on your birthday it's called the golden ticket because you can use 2 reward items. Our freebees included an appetizer and a dessert. Chili's is definitely one of the better chain restaurants!

Hadn't been there in awhile and was surprised with the value (chose 3) for good food. Got a salad and good hamburger and ice tea just under $11. It's not gourmet, but has very good pub food. Our server was very personable. Only down side side was 2 families came in and it got loud.

I remember why I don't go to Chili's very often. It was loud we wanted to sit in a different area and that area was quote-unquote closed. The food was average at best. Our server was nice but the service overall wasn't great. I really wasn't expecting much as it is just Chili's.
