Staff is always rude. Always mess up the order and they always look sad and angry. Never see any form of management around. I use to go 3 times a week for the past 2 yrs. It's always a long wait for orders and no acknowledge anyone when they come to pick up. Corporate needs to look at the bad reviews on Google reviews. Please do something about this location. The location in Davie is always amazing. Try and get that staff.

I normally don't pay too much attention to reviews for restaurants I know I love, but the 2.5 star rating for this location is accurate My friends & I went tonight and they ran out of rice right before we we're about to order. They told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait for brown rice & a 25+ minute wait for white rice. They were also completely out of lettuce.

Worst service and nastiest workers with huge chips on their shoulders- they can hardly speak and I would fire the entire bunch- remember they are in a very gay friendly area and treated us and everyone else in line with a nasty rude and non-customer centric approach- I got nasty with the 4 rude teenagers trying to talk negatively about us and ignore us while we were ordering- trust me , I will NEVER go to this poorly run chain again- many similar options- tired of spending my hard-earned money in places that have workers that are poorly trained and unappreciative that they have a job- horrible experience- terrible representation of teens in Ft. Lauderdale- and they all work in the same terrible fast food place- FIRE THEM ALL and start over- especially the one with the braids and the nasty mouth and rude attitude. They had no ice , no forks and the workers were just nasty- what is wrong with them- two girls at the cash register were whispering to each other about the shorts I was wearing- and then the others were making fun of the accents my two friends had when ordering- cook vegetables weren't ready- at 6:30 during dinner- FIRE THEM ALL!

I have come here countless amount of times and have been SO disrespected by the staff working here. They ignore you, don’t say hello, have a grin on their faces, and even roll their eyes at you. It’s disgusting. They have zero customer service skills and don’t even know how to open their mouths and say “hi, how’s your day going? What can I get for you today?” Everyone here needs to be fired.

The employees here have attitude MOST of the time and no supervision they literally do whatever they want and the service sucks. The one lady will just stare at you until you start ordering and that same lady will literally be rude af to other employees. It’s kind of awkward. I mean I’m still going here because it’s close to my house and to me chipotle is a good healthy cheap lunch. But this has happened more than 10-20 visits. To the point where I’ve even asked the other employees why she acts like that. I will be posting her name soon but they don’t wear name tags, for a reason.

I’m not one to write reviews but my experience here was so bad that I thought it would be smart to warn the other potential customers coming. First when we walked in nobody acknowledged us, and when we were ready to order, they were all just talking. One of the girls behind the counter tried to hide the last vinaigrette that we asked for for herself, and said there was no more left for customers. Next they are all just miserable and clearly hate their job and it reflects on the customers. From the guy starting the order to the manager. Horrible service, horrible portions, horrible attitudes to guest when we are simply asking for stuff on the menu. Where talking about us when we were eating and making it well known that we can hear them. Don’t recommend this location at all. Makes the company Chipotle look completely horrible. Will not be coming back.

I made an online order and wow one of the worst experiences at this location. I know that usually the food isn’t done at the time you may choose but I waited till the worker came to me and asked for the name on the order. The lady working the online orders looked at me multiple times but didn’t mind at all that I was there, it took 15 minutes for another lady to come to me to ask for the name but of course she doesn’t check to see if the order was done. when it did happen to be done after another 10 minute wait, she walked right passed me and placed the order on the shelf. I was in a rush to get back to work and when I get back and open the bag up, come to find out that out of two bowls I only received one correct and the other was for a completely different person/order. I don’t ever see myself coming back to this location again

Monday April 1st 8pm and scheduled to close at 10pmThis restaurant is out of pico de gallo salsa, corn, sour cream, guacamole really disappointed this being a chain restaurant and still operating with half of the menu.

It truly breaks my heart to go somewhere where the staff so blatantly hate their jobs and communicate it to their customers. Advice to the kids working behind the counter: don’t get stuck working somewhere that makes you miserable! There are a million jobs out there, find somewhere you can at least tolerate and maybe even enjoy. You are running this business into the ground by staying and creating horrible customer experiences. Management needs a serious overhaul, it’s obvious within the first 60 seconds in there.

Hands down, without a doubt the worst Chipotle in the region. I don't have enough space to express my frustration. My first review ever. Bad enough that I felt it necessary to let others know. So bad that I've asked for a callback at a reasonable hour from the general manager more than once and still haven't even heard from them. Countless amounts of errors and I very strongly recommend choosing a different location.
