Underwhelming experience for a dinner we were so looking forward to.First off the location and the setup of the place is great, and the food was delicious. However from the very moment we were greeted something was off. Our party had reserved a table for 7 outside but got seated inside - not a big deal. Then somebody caught the error and offered to move us outside which we gladly accepted. Once there however drinks took forever to arrive (around 50 minutes) and we were so ready to order. Then the food arrived and there was no silverware etc. While there was a small mixup with 2 of our plates we just shared the steaks so no big deal. At some point another waitress had to jump in and help with the next round of drinks and the check. Food was excellent but our experience was ruined. The bathrooms btw looked like a murder scene from a highway gas station - end of shift madness with TP everywhere but the actual roll. Needless to say we were disappointed but the worst part was there was no attempt to make it right or win our business with an apology, explanation, or a comp for the inconvenience. Other patrons around us were experiencing the same and were trying to get their checks. On top of that 20% gratuity was already included for our party. I know it’s a busy night and they might be short staffed etc - people go to full service restaurants for the experience which was non existent here. I’d go elsewhere

We went in for happy hour , our waiter was Chris , he was rude, short and had no patience . The food was good, the drinks were strong . But because of the service I received I don’t think me or my friends would return.

Très bonne cuisine. Filet mignon excellent. Les entrées sont généreuses en particulier le cocktail de crevettes et les minis tacos au thon Ahi. Carte des vins intéressante et franchement différente des autres restos dans cette gamme. On est allé à ce resto trois fois cet hiver avec des amis qui ont beaucoup apprécié. Le service est excellent.

Don't go eat there! They don't pay their employees. I worked 4 days of training last year, they didn't pay me and when I sent a message to the manager Josh he never answered me. I called several times and also spoke to the general manager and explained my situation and he did nothing about it. I received my w2 as they reported my hours but I never received my money.Horrible management

The foodrunner frank is very knowledgeable and professional and always greet me Everytime I dine in.i tip him 50-125$ on his great service whenever I dine in and see him.? y'all should give him a raise,he looks like a hardworking guy and is always kind.??

Wanted a drink on the bar, after 10 min we left for a table (should have left the Restaurant)! Now a high top o the bar, o ordered medium/rare filet, it came Medium/well! Spousal sprouts were cold and black, Wine was never refilled! Sorry , but to show a food server , how to carry to plates, without touching the food , I think this is called training, not services! But we tipped for services!! Would we go back? Not Really!!!

Every time I visit the Grille, I find myself wishing I had gone to the real deal Del Frisco’s instead. The food here is edible but not enjoyable—took a long time to get it and they got orders wrong. The servers were nice but it’s hard to justify the automatic gratuity when the overall experience was a wash.

The atmosphere for the area was fine. The service was top notch. Our waiter gave us space and showed up to take our order, refill drinks and drop off food. It was perfect. We ordered the egg rolls, very tasty & something else that didn’t impress, but can’t remember. As entrees we ordered the fish special with crab meat on top. That was very tasty, although if you aren’t a fan of the crab smell don’t order it. We also had the filet, wasn’t impressed and someone had the burger and fries. Over all the food was good, but for the price very steep, I would choose another place. Parking by the way was rough.
