I walked in. Put in an order, happened to look down. Dead roach on the floor. And nobody seemed to care. I've ordered from here before and the food has never been great. It's just ok. I wouldn't even say good. The crab Rangoons have the consistency of porridge. The General Tso's chicken tastes and looks like someone tried and then gave up. The place is dimly lit and looks gross. I only ordered from here this time because the Chinese place down the street is closed on Wednesdays. The roach ensured I never ever ever order from this place ever again. Appetite ruined.

Ordered online and the descriptions didn’t match what we got. The bourbon chicken is dry and has no sauce on it. The pan fried dumplings look like they touched the pan for 30 seconds and that’s it. My order total when I placed the order with tax and everything was $54 but when I got there to pick it up it was higher at 58

One word: YIKES.it seems like any other Chinese food place but seriously seriously seriously do not be fooled.1. The wonton soup is double wrapped in undercooked dough, and thrown into a watery mixture that tastes of a ramen packet. I threw it out.2. The rice was not bad, but the sweet and sour chicken needs to be launched into the sun and destroyed before it lays eggs. They're double fried or something (old and then fried again?) Because they cut up the back of my mouth. AND they (the nuggets) burned through the styrofoam. My work desk was covered in the sour and soy sauce .3. No egg roll?I was horribly dehydrated after as well. I got home and was zapped of energy. Just before passing out I felt like my stomach was turning. Woke up still alive. All of my coworkers warned me about this place. Sitting here now with a sore throat: I should have listened.
Food is ok for the price, delivery is great but when it comes to customer service they SUCK. The owner is nasty af, he might be the owner but at the end of the day without customers he will be fucked and apparently he just doesn't care.

I stopped by last night and the service was great! It was a very busy Saturday night. The man at the front was very kind and within 15 minutes brought the food out to the car. The food was delicious and I love the jumbo special fried rice. Perfect for my family. The crab Rangoon and the wings were tasty and crispy just how we like them! Thank you! We will be back!

Horrible customer service and the food is even worse, ordered lo mein and got hard noodles like packaged noodles dry and the chicken was not chicken at all maybe rat and I wish I was exaggerating, I give this place 0 stars and it needs to be closed down
