Rude older male working on Saturday morning. Usually I hate leaving bad reviews cause everyone has off days. But to be rude towards your customers because they are waiting for the rest of their order is crazy. Everyone is patiently waiting so not sure why he had a stick up his culo. Also my coolatta was weird. Perhaps not trained correctly?

I am traveling here from New York City with a group of my friends. We stopped here for morning breakfast and coffee before heading to key west. That’s a long drive so we needed to use the restroom. However, after one of my used the restroom they closed both of the bathrooms. That was extremely rude on their part. Mannerless. Bad service!!

Unfriendly staff, talking about how they want to go home amongst each other, how does job sucks, right in front of me, ignoring me, it's at least another five minutes until I could place my order, and I was the only person in. I asked to use the bathroom and was told not to mess it up...... Excuse me? Haven't even been in there before and I don't mess with bathrooms up that's not me, and I want to say look put together I don't know what people they deal with but to tell me not to mess the bathroom up I mean come on.

The best stop for coffee and they make it the way I like it and comes out perfect everytime@
27 minutes to get the worst bagel of my life. There was three employees to begin with but two were sitting on the couches on their phones the whole time we were there while one employee was scrambling to do everything herself while the other two could not be bothered. Went inside with only one person in front of me at noon on a Saturday for a quick snack but never imagined it would leave me stuck inside for half an hour. They make you pay first then wait for your food so you don’t walk out in frustration. Manager is cheap trying to make one employee do everything but will be losing business now because no one has time to wait that long especially for mediocre food. I had a filet mignon last night and it did not take that long. NEVER AGAIN.

0 stars if I could! REFUSED to add any add-ons into my drink! Had to nastiest attitudes because I like my drink a certain way and they don’t know how to add on a particular item then lied and said they can’t add it due to policy because it’s their policy??? Since when does dunkin have a policy to not add a particular item into a drink?? They then informed me their general manager told them they cannot add on anything into my drinks! I order from dunkin everyday! And this is the WORST most unprofessional dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life! Do NOT order from here they will refuse and lie to not add on anything to speed up their lines!

First complaint is: Cashier in the Drive-Thru window greeted me with a baby on her hip. A real live baby, one or two years old. Sad part is she made me some hot tea. This has to be against all policies in Dunkin and as far as OSHA is concerned. I was shocked....and all the food is nasty except the hashbrowns and coffee.UPDATE:1/13/2021- SERVICE HAS GOTTEN WORSE! MANAGER TOOK MY ORDER (COFFEE, HASH BROWNS, CROSSIANT) ..ALL SHE HEARD WAS COFFEE...SHUT IT DOWN!!10/13/2023Stopped by the same location for hashbrowns and snackn bacon. They are never ready and my Snackn Bacon was RAW!! Theses people are useless!!!

I went here like 2 weeks ago to get a coffee. I was so tired and hadn’t been to a Dunkin in a while so I forgot to order a latte and ordered a coffee regular instead. The two women that was working in there was so nice to remake it for me. Then I honestly still didn’t like it and they still re made it for me and told me not to leave until I was sure I liked it. They was so patient and so nice, I don’t take time to write reviews unless it really did something for me. Keep being kind ❤️the world need y’all

Waiting 20 minutes in drive thru to get my order. When I receive it they guy almost through it to me, and my coffee spilled al over my car. Terrible experience. Not even donuts were tasty, they were extremely oily. Won't come ver again and definitely don't recommend this store.Dietary restrictions: This is not a healthy place at all.
