I had a simple order.Sausage wake up wrap no egg, hash brown and 5 chocolate munchies.Normally I don’t have a problem with my order they always use to get it right. I don’t know if they have new workers because I don’t see the same people anymore.One the gave me all glaze munchies. Then when I get to my job that is literally down the street, I go to eat my wake up wrap and it’s hard as a rock!!! Everything is burnt. So I’m very upset because now that’s money wasted and now a days no one can not afford to waste money. I am extremely upset. Because I have no breakfast and lost money. This is not ok!!!

By far the best Dunkin for breakfast in Fort Lauderdale. Staff always friendly, greet me by name, app ordering easy and food is always hot and delicious. I am a satisfied customer.
The staff here is amazing! This is such a busy location but they sure do know how to service their customers. They also know their regulars by name and knows what they are going to order. The morning manager on duty, I think her name is Maha, is exceptional!Parking: Parking is a little tight and the drive thru lanes cut right into the already small parking lot.

Came in to grab a donut and was ignored. Felt like it was racially motivated because the Indian gentlemen behind the counter was servicing his friends in the corner but ignoring me.On top of that food was barely edible. Avoid! Not worth it, extremely rude and patronizing staff.

1st off they tried to kill me im alergic to cheese went inside 2nd time in a week they got it right last time. But the face diaper the regester attendant wearing person had on must be causing their ear not to work as well as lowering their oxygen intake. I didnt notice till after my 3rd bite there was cheese on it this time. if someone says no cheese its probably for a reason do your job. Thankfully im not so alergic a few bite will instantle kill me. But im gonna be miserable and have to take medicine that barely helps now thanks for attempting to murder me. 2ndly the parking lot is horrible only one entrance thats always clogged by the drivethrew. Wont be coming back to this location.

Coffee and doughnuts go together well. My sandwich was a complete disaster. It was served on rye, which I don't like, when it was meant to be on sour dough. The bread wasn't toasted. I was unable to even eat it. But the truth is that they just don't have enough staff members to handle all the automobiles and customers that are coming in because they're too busy.
