Service was slow. Food was ok. Hopefully they can do better in the future.Parking: If there is a long line in the drive thru you will find yourself waiting partially on the road due to lack of space. Definitely not safe.

I like when businesses are involved in the community and help non profits. Last time I stopped at Dunkin' I saw this display, where purchases and donations help a foundation for needy kids. I volunteer at a non profit Free Clinic and the amount of people out there with limited resources is immense. Any help to others is always a good way to make our community and world a better place !

After previously complaining about this location, I have seen a drastic, significant difference in their customer service. The wait time was reasonable and the person at the speaker acknowledged me as soon as I pulled up. My mobile order was ready as soon as I got to the window and I was greeted well by the cashier. Would definitely recommend this location. Connie was a complete sweetheart! Keep up the great work! Will come again.

I do not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts at all. This area is not good. The donuts were really cold as if they made it the days before. I came in the morning . Absolutely disgusting

I came here and the employee was having a casual conversation at the drive thru window. He saw me acknowledged I was there and then continued to keep me waiting so he could keep talking. I waited about 5 minutes and then i walked out of the store because clearly his conversation is more important than his job.

Im a stickler for good service, I walked into this Dunkin, and notice the young men seemed to be working solo, he handled the lobby and the Drive Thru with out a single complaint although he was running back and forth, its not often you can walk into an establishment where someone is working alone and not show a single frustration. His name was Von and I hope he is acknowledged for his hard work and he made me a great Chai Latte and Fresh Snackin Bacon!
Staff swearing and being loud. Customer service is not what it used to be.

I’ve came here for two years every morning between 7:00 and 730am. WHAT HAS CHANGED IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS????I’m here right now was I type waiting in a line that hasn’t MOVED I got here at 9:15 it’s now 9:28!! Managers listen up! We as managers set the tone for our team and location!! The manager here sucks !! She doesn’t care and so does her team
