Good morning. 03/28/24 -10:28a.m. I love ? Dunkin Donuts, Delicious.I can always go for a dozen ? and a hazelnut cream coffee ☕. Since I'm getting older I can't have sugar like I used to... Hoping one day that DD will add to their menu a healthy/ sugar Free selection...- Sugar Free Donuts ? and different flavors ?.Honestly I'm craving Donuts but I can't have it.Still wishing and hoping it will happen ☺️???.

I actually got nothing because at 7:11 p.m. the dining room was closed, door locked, and hours clearly posted as 5am to 8pm for indoor dining. I was told by an employee who finally came to the door that they had to clean the dining room because they were about to close. I showed her my phone that said 7:11 pm and she informed me that I could still use the drive through, lol! I said the posted hours needed to change if dine in wasn't really available until 8pm. She called someone on the phone and actually told them that she told me to come in!!! (Which she did not...) I only hope they aren't hanging out on their phones during "cleaning time" after turning away payiing customers during dine-in time so they can clean!! And then clocking out after the extra time. But if they would openly lie in my hearing to a likely manager (not onsite, obviously...) why wouldn't they cheat their employer out of wages for no work? Needless to say, no longer gonna be one of my fave daytime dunkin locations. Never again here!!

the food wasnt THAT bad, the cashier was nice but sometimes they're not there when ppl are waiting on the line and staff really need to restock the items for the customers like sugar specially if you're serving a coffee toooo

Sunday Dec 3 1:30pm Washroom took 15 mins to get the keys alone and the staff kept ignoring me, and the washroom was disgusting smelt horrific and looked as if it gets checked once a year. avoid this location at all cost. service after taking the order was awful too, they do not have any customer service skills at

Service is extremely laid back seems like a “hangout spot” for the workers but they made really good drinks and when they had donuts they were good too. Restrooms clean.Also a homeless lady camped out inside trying to get free coffee but that’s normal around Florida i’ve noticed not Dunkin’s fault.Seems like in the reviews a lot of people have problems with the drive thru window lol which we didn’t use so I cannot tell any dramatic experience like others. Just come get your coffee with a smile and maybe someone will smile back.

Don’t order donuts or bakery on Uber eats cause guarantee you will not receive it. I’ve had my bakery items missing for the last 3-5 Uber eats orders I have had at Dunkin.
