DO NOT GO HERE . The owner of this facility does not take care of their employees. The a.c is not working constantly and they suffer through the heat while they work. Equipment like their latte machine is broken and often and at the current moment as I am typing the owner has not fixed the a.c. in 2 weeks. It's not healthy for the employees or the food products. DO NOT GO HERE and maybe the owners will start to get the point. Complaining to better business bureau on this place. Something needs to get done for the sake of the employees. I go here everyday and its breaking my heart to see them suffer in a 90 degree coffee shop/ work environment. Enough is enough!

Wants to curse under her breathe because my kid asked why the other employee wasn’t helping. Mind you there was only one other customer in the store. Disgusting behavior and that’s why she will continue to work low end jobs

Pancake wake up wrap was delicious! You can get it with sausage or bacon! I opted for the sausage and added bacon! Don't judge me ??♀️ The video and pictures I uploaded, only begin to tell the story of the party my taste buds had in my mouth. Also comes with a side of Mrs Butterworth syrup! Yup!

Staff kinda suck...Edit: downgrading my review to 1 star. They take forever to do anything. You'll walk in and stand around for 15 minutes and they'll never even acknowledge you. It's beyond frustrating. I've just been crossing the street for energy drinks at this point.

They acted like it was a mistake to the person in front of us, us and the people behind us. Then they told us they only have oatmeal bagel available. lol, Zero stars of able

Good afternoon my daughter came there for a interview and when she got there the cashier told her to hold on one second and called the manager the manager said that no one told her about so even text message people that scheduled the interview with her they cash us with the cashier was very rude and disrespectful there was every room also on the other end of the phone feel like that's unfair and they need to put more serious people inside of Dunkin donuts on Davies

Find another Dunkin'. The workers are extremely rude.Order online and Went in to pick up a large ice matcha ? Less ice. Apparently Less ice means less liquid We all know that by adding a whole bunch of ice means you will have less liquid. So in order to avoid this I ordered less I so I can have more liquid since I am paying for it. The girl who handled my order did not fill my liquid to the top and was left with 2 inches from the top. I asked her what is this and if she can add more milk. She told me that it was a waste of product if she would. She said since I asked for Less ice that's how it is. Those were her exact words. I just stared at her and another lady said "just add more milk. I don't want the customer leaving her pissed. " and proceeded to add milk. Homegirl acting like they're directly deducting the product usage from her paycheck. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

This is probably the worst service I’ve gotten at a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s 9/23/23 at 8:21 am so management please check who was working this day and at this time on the drive through and they should be fired! The lady at the drive through from the moment I pulled up just had a horrible attitude. She handed me part of my order and when I was still sitting there waiting for the rest, with the nastiest attitude asked what are you waiting for?! I told her I was still missing my stuffed bagels and again with attitude grabs the bag and hands it to me as if I’m bothering her. I had also mentioned I needed straws which still were not given to me so when I said I still needed straws she clearly was very annoyed by having to do her job and slammed the glass door while I was wishing to have a nice day because I’m just that nice of a person. This person should not be working with people. Absolutely horrible treatment. This is definitely not how I want to start my morning.

I felt welcomed, when an employee said "good morning and welcome". she is wonderful (quaneshia). she took my order with a smile and with joy. best service. and thank you to whoever made my bacon, egg and cheese on a english muffin. tasted so amazing, that i wish, i had another. and i love the place, very well cleaned. also my ice coffee french vanilla with extra cream and sugar, was made perfect!
