This restaurant was dirty, especially the bathrooms.The food was not good and looked nothing like what was advertised. It was poorly made and not worth the money.I will not be back.

I just bought lunch at this Einstein on FederalFt. Lauderdale, the welcome we received was surprising. Both the young ladies were so pleasant and of course the food is always DELICIOUS and fresh. Great customer service ?

The service was not the greatest, why are you asking for a tip? And when your forced to tip at checkout the service falls short. The place was dirty and garbage over flowing the bin.

Been here three times walked out every time the workers play and talk to each other instead of making what I order I wait anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes even when they slow. The manager that was there saw me in a few people waiting to order for over 15 minutes and didn’t say anything. It’s young black kids that are working there in the stuff they talk about is very inappropriate while people are waiting to order. this is a ghetto one. Don’t go here. I’ve already called the district manager for that store just recently..

We're visiting from PA and have never eaten at Einstein Bros Bagels before. The servers at Einstein, 3200 N Federal hwy; Ft Lauderdale, FL are amazing! They're so friendly, fun and kind. They really know the regular customers that come in. The coffee and breakfast were so delicious we came back the next day. Thank you!?

My visit today was actually awful, I drove around the parking forever trying to find a spot just to find out that they turned the egg machine off 30 minutes early because they are getting ready to close... I couldn't get his name but the young Spanish guy with black curly hair who always plays music on his phone his exact response was "the egg machine is turned off we are getting ready to close" after I said why he gave me an attitude and said I could come back there and make it myself. At that point just close the doors if you are going to be rude and don't want to serve anyone.

Great place for fresh bagels! My favorite is not on the menu but that’s ok they will always make it Everything bagel, cream cheese, bacon, tomatoes, onion and capersEvery time I had the chance to come here this lady is always here and she makes sure you are having a good day starting with your food and not just her every person working here.

The young girl who works here is amazing. She seems to know everyone and is alway smiling and upbeat. She is very quick witted and extremely friendly. If this girl isn't management or an owner, she needs to be. Great job and keep the smiles coming it isn't going unnoticed.
