Severely understaffed. Waited almost an hour for 2 breakfast items. Totally unacceptable. They should advise customers of the wait time before we place order. Would have went somewhere else.

They do not have the expertise to be able to put food in a bag for Door Dash.When you call they dont care and will tell you that you need to come in,They managed to get 3 out if 4 items correct though!!!

I stumbled in this morning, and received the ABSOLUTE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICE AND RESPECT by Karlene and the team. I usually visit Einstein for the expected good environment however this mornings experience with Karlene was truely OUTSTANDING!

A casual breakfast and lunch spot. We came here for breakfast this morning. Bagels and our late's were really good. The manager came to our table to ask how our experience is going, also as we were leaving she was cleaning the tables smiled at us, asked us again how everything was, which I really appreciated and made me feel welcomed and wanting to come back
I have been going to Einsteins all my life, when i moved to south Florida, this is my closest Einsteins. I have never had an issue until this location. Today, i ordered my bakers dozen, the bagels did not taste as fresh as usual and were smaller than usual. When i went to check out the lady at the register did not allow me to enter my rewards number “because i already pressed card”, said they will not slice the bagels, and sighed when i asked for a receipt. I used manners and treated her with respect i do not understand why she could not do the same. This was not my first, nor second, experience with poor service at this location. Making me re-evaluate my whole perception of Einsteins as a whole. If anyone else has other bagel shop suggestions in the Fort Lauderdale area, please let me know.

The location is hit or miss, more miss though. My orders are almost always wrong. I’m writing this review because I’m pissed. I went there this morning , ordered two Asiago bagels, lightly toasted with cream cheese and bacon, and a medium chai latte with almond milk. The bagels were burnt and there was no cream cheese. I had to throw away the bagel because it was so hard . Very disappointed. I will not be returning.

Someone stole my pick-up order. I had to wait for the order to be remade. I was on a time crunch, which is why I ordered ahead and pre paid. After waiting for my order, I asked for butter for a bagel, and they had the nerve to say we have to charge you. I said even after you allowed someone to steal my order, you can keep that. There is no customer service here. Will not order from this store. Really charge me for butter after all that. Plus, food is sitting on a cart that no one's man's or identifies who is grabbing the order.
Store had easy parking and was clean. Easy ordering from large wall menus and very quick. Not busy at all. The cashier was not friendly with me but straight to the point and laughing with other co-workers. I purchased two bagels with creme cheese (thin coat) $8 (good price). When the wife asked for extra shmear of creme cheese she was hit with a $1.89 charge plus tax $2.02 - pricey i thought. The mens bathroom was clean, however, the paper towel dispenser was blinking and not working. I informed an employee behind the bagel counter of the issue. Hand gel and napkins were provided at the front of the store for customer use. Very pet friendly store. The bagels were excellent warm and tasty. After eating, i went back into the bathroom and the towel dispenser still not working. Well, bagels were great but everything else would have made our 1st time at this location much more enjoyable. Unknown if manager was on site. 3.5 stars this time, wanted to give more.

Service is very slow and unprofessional. One time paid for a coffee around 230pm even though there was none brewed and the canisters were empty. Why did you remove the small coffee option? It still shows up on the website and they can actually ring it up on the register. Seems like a petty grab at forcing upselling

I ordered an All Nighter egg sandwich which was so delicious! And I ordered the strawberry and cream strudel which was soft and fresh. I will be ordering from here again!

It was now the third time my online order didn’t include the chips in a stapled back. This time I looked when I asked I was told that they didn’t know which type of chips I wanted! Clearly in the order it says but ignored me and wouldn’t provide mgr. I also left a message on a 800# and not received a callback. I am presently registered in the app. Just shows you they don’t care. Lucky their bagels are good. As far as the service and care. They fail big time. Sad.

I usually order takeout from this location twice a year for a breakfast meeting and have always had a good experience however today was terrible. I ordered online and scheduled my order to be ready at 7:40 AM. Today was the first time they didn't have my order ready on time. They weren't just late by a few minutes - they were close to 20 minutes late while I stood around and watched the guy who was making the breakfast sandwiches stop numerous times to read the menu on the wall. Obviously he didn't know what he was doing and didn't have someone experienced working with him. When I finally arrived at my meeting I discovered they included all of the extras you would expect with one important omission - napkins! Of course I was late to my meeting as well since my order was 20 minutes late.
