I Just recently spent 3 weeks in Fort Lauderdale and spent a lot of time at the Elbo Room , I always enjoy my time there but specifically one Bartender Carly , the way she treats customers is fantastic , Carly treated me so well , she always had a minute to have a small chat , she was always in a good mood and always had a smile on her face , she was always willing to take a selfie with customers which was great to see , Carly definitely made Elbo Room feel like home .
This Laurderdale staple is where you need to be to get nice and shitty. Good drinks & good service. The ultimate busy dive bar. No doubt, play your cards right and you ain't going home alone Few hours, few cocktails and dipping the wick....thats a vacation

I give 3 stars because of it's a classic old bar. But it's always ridiculously packed, which is great when you are a spring breaker but not comfortable when you want to sit, enjoy a drink and the ocean.We tried 3 times and there was never anywhere to sit and no way to get a drink through the 5 layers of people waiting at the bar. Ouartdeck around the corner and Spazio were more our speed. Tables and drinks!
