Placed a DoorDash group order of almost $500 on Wednesday morning, with LOTS of time to fill the order. This location cancelled the order with no reason given. When I called to inquire if I could order over the phone, they hung up on me! Will NOT be using this location again... big loss for them.

A couple friends of mine and I had pastrami subs from here and all got food poisoning.I called the store to inform them, and I got “Ok.”Definitely done eating here. And you should be too given how little they care about there health and safety of their customers

There were 4 ladies behind the counter. I waited 25 minutes for my sub. I counted how many subs the got out the door to customers and Uber drivers or to tables today. I watched them bag the items. They created 18 subs in 25 minutes with 4 people working. I got my sandwich before the guys that had waited 40 minutes. I got it home and it was not edible. I ordered a turkey sub. It was a wet slimy mess. And they forgot to toast it. This is my 2nd unpleasant experience here. And the last. Yuk.

WOW - what a horrible experience. 21 min for a sandwich and being scolded when asking if our sandwich was ready. It is a shame that the online orders take precedence over eating in.
