Went during lunch break, we sat outside since there were no tables to sit inside but we didn’t think that it would take forever to get service. We had to ask 4 times for someone just to come take our orders and waited 30 min just to get waters. It was ridiculous. If you don’t have enough servers then don’t sit people down. We literally half to swallow our food and take the rest to go cause our whole lunch hour was up just waiting. Oh and we saw the manger outside so I said, Hey don’t forget about us and his response was “Do I even know you guys?” Like dude, we are paying customers. That’s not how you treat people. Again, we understand if they’re arent enough servers to serve the amount of customers you are getting specifically during lunch hour then tell the customers ahead of time. “We sorry but we’re short staffed so there will be a wait so at least we can make the choice of whether or not to stay there and eat. Never going here again. And your manager sucks!

The kitchen was very very slow and screwed up several times. The salad we were supposed to get didn't come out until after we finished. Baked potatoes were cold. Bartender tried to make up to us by comping our drinks. The manager never came by to ask how things were going. Not sure if I will go back to this location.Update 4/21/24. Stopped in here for dinner as it was my wife's request. Not my preferred Flanigans, but she was in a hurry.We were greeted and seated very quickly and our waiter came right over. He took our drink and appetizer order right away and then our meal orders. Everything came out very quickly and hot. The steamed spiced shrimp are always good here. I ordered a full rack of ribs with a baked potato as my side dish. I knew there would be plenty of leftover ribs to take home for my son for dinner. My wife ordered the blackened salmon sandwich without the bread!! My ribs were very very good and tender. My Wie said her salmon was a little dried out, but she wouldn't let me send it back as she was very hungry and didn't want to wait. Other than the fish being a little over cooked, everything was good.

My to go restaurant when I just want something to close to my house and consistent food. It was Christmas Eve and didn't feel like cooking. It was pretty crowded but luckily we only had to wait about 7 mnts for a table. They had plenty of staff working and seemed they were doing a great job. My server's name was Nick. This guy was born to serve. He had several tables and was on point. I never had to look for him if I needed anything. Drinks came quick even though the bar was packed. The food also came quick. I had the full rack of ribs with baked potatoe and cole slaw. Delicious. Can't go to Flanigans and not eat their ribs. My mother had the Dolphin Francaise and we requested extra sauce (white wine and lemon). Request granted. She also had it with the baked potatoe but it was pretty dry. My only complaint. Other than that it was another great Flanigans visit. Can't go wrong and if something goes wrong the managers always makes it right. Great job Nick!!!Update: This time I came in for a to go order of Dolphin Francaise on 12/31/23. Everything was perfect. Happy New Year!Another great visit 4/08/24My server's name was Devon. He was great. Great service and great food. My ribs and baked potatoes were fresh and delicious. The Dolphin Francaise also fresh and delicious. You cannot go wrong at this Flanigans.
