Auto gratuity of 18% on each ticket. Took 1 hour for a grilled cheese sandwich. Servers are not only slow but don’t care.

Considering this restaurant is located in the airport the pricing is very fair. The staff is very polite and fully understand that there may be a flight you need to catch and are very quick. The food is very good and the kitchen staff is amazing they whip out every meal quickly without sacrifice to the quality. Be watchful when paying as they automatically add an 18% gratuity when the bill arrives, we almost double tipped. We highly recommend that you take a few minutes to take a break and slow down a bit and enjoy this establishment. Located in fro t of gate E4

Not bad sandwich and burger place for pre flight. Chicken club was freshly made. Service is nice however slow. So I would dine elsewhere if your flight is leaving in the next 15 minutes.

Just left 4/8/23 and they charged me 74.00 for Philly Cheese, club sandwich and two draft beers (bud light) and for over 74 dollars. Reviewed the bill added 18% gratuity. Request Fran remove the gratuity- he was not happy. Then he overcharged tea and blamed coorpate. He was visible upset due to worst of CS skills. Told me I didn't have to sign my copy of the correct bill. I don't trust so I'll be watching my bills. Not worth going to.

Worst cheese steak sandwich ever. Was more like a salty taco meat sandwich. Disgusting. The club sandwich wasn't much better.On the other hand, the fries were good. Staff was friendly but inexperienced and overworked.Oh, and they automatically add 18 percent tip and don't tell you until you see the bill.

My meal was decent nice portion and of good value especially for an airport. Getting in is a wait as they are obviously understaffed. Coffee was good and our waitress friendly and helpful. I don't get the negativity? This is not high end however, it beats out many restaurants claiming to be the bee's knees. Considering the gouging that goes on in captive environments the prices were very reasonable!

Didn't look at the reviews, but maybe should have! Had 2h before our flight, but to get served and finish, it all took a good hour and a half! Waiters arguing on who should serve us, as we were still waiting on having our order taken after 45mn...prices are crazy, and got to eat the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The bread was soft, but not sure what kind of meat it was, tasted more like can meat than actual sirloin!! And for $18+ tax come on!! Also about that auto 18% gratuity, they say it can be removed, but on the final bill that is not the case, so had to deal with it regardless! Poor customer service, with waiters being more focused on saying customers they cannot seat here and there, because the tables were left to be cleaned, but waiters would prefer to chit chat with cooks and all, than cleaning tables so other people can peacefully have a bite before departure. We've seen other customers being treated the same way, but they were smarter as didn't waste time and just left...does not recommend at all! We have other things to think before going back home, than to beg to get some food, and be treated like garbage! Not really great way to leave the USA for sure!

DO NOT GO HERE! I would NEVER eat here again! This is one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten ! The service was horrific. Not clean at all! No one was in charge, people waiting for tables lined up- no host, food was sitting at the kitchen ledge getting cold for sooo long- no one delivering it to tables, way overpriced (almost $130 for two drinks, two burgers and a grilled cheese) as most airports are but service made this place unacceptable. The food wasn’t good- I ordered the burger- it was awful .. stale bun, stem lettuce, way overcooked, fries were cold and it was $20 - probably the worst burger I’ve ever ordered. I would never eat here again even if I was starving! Management (no where to be found) needs to step in and make a change- the kitchen staff was also arguing with the wait staff .. it was truly an unorganized mess and everyone moving at a snail pace. Everyone around us was visually and verbally upset with the food and service- this place should be shut down

This is the worst "restaurant " I have EVER seen. Waited at the entrance to be seated for almost 5 minutes. Was walked by 4 times by workers without even being acknowledged. When someone came to the front I asked for a table for 2 and the seater pointed to the back of the restaurant and said "you can take that one" and walked away. We had to seat ourselves. There was a bus boy cleaning a table 3 tables from us and when we sat down he gave us a dirty look. We waited a few minutes and waiters passed our table many times. When i caught a waiters attention and asked for a menu for us he grabbed a few menus, handed me 1, put the rest of the menus back leaning on a wall. When I asked for a second menu for my wife he said a waiter will be over and he will help you. He then went back to hitting on the waitress he was talking to. We were so turned off we got up and left even though it was not busy I didnt want to chance what the meal was like if the service was this terrible. Jack Nicklaus should turn this into a taco bell, they would be more concerned for their patrons.

the bartender / server killed it for me … no offer of water , drinks , and mostly aggressive attitude towards me as soon as i asked one question - this was my worst experience at a restaurant- not to mention i watch it happen to the person next to me. the food saved the service but not enough to absolve it .
