My name is Christopher I came with my mom to have lunch and open to try something out of the world. I was attended by Alana and manager Mark. The food was amazing I recommend the baby back ribs with Cesar salad and tradicional cheesecake for dessert. Our family of seven adults had dinner on Sunday evening. We arrived for 5:30 reservations and were seated right away. It was our first time at a Grand Lux, but we knew it would be like its sister restaurant, the Cheesecake Factory. In fact, we liked it better. The menu seemed smaller and easier to go through. We had a very early dinner reservation and the restaurant was not busy when we arrived. However, our table was not clean when we were seated, our coffee drinks were served at room temperature (no refills were offered) and the waiter had to be asked three times to bring water and salad dressing. Also, one entree was served very late, after everyone else at the table finished their meal.
