I saw several posts about how slow and unattentive the service was at the Hyatt Centric HUK on Los Olas. We had breakfast and our service was great. In fact, all of the staff at the hotel, bar, and restaurant were great. The Caramel Pastelito pancakes were delish, and my hubby had the Los Olas Huevos Rancheros which he liked very much. The ambiance is a minimalist style that was nice. We will stay here again.
Such a pretty place! The bar area is nice and open. They have really cocktails. Nestor was so friendly and accommodating! I haven't tried the food yet but look forward to going back. The menu has a ton of options.

I just perused a few reviews and was surprised a bit by the ones on the staff (bartenders, etc..) because I was in during the (2023) Thanksgiving weekend & had a blast here! The food, well what I ordered was dynamite pure fire and the bartenders were amazing! Had old fashions to Jai Alais the night of FSU Vs. UF and there was a lot of friendly banter!
