I went to this restaurant looking for a patty, after reading a Google review about how great and fresh they were. That definitely wasn't my experience. For starters, the customer service was horrible which is usually expected with Jamaican establishments. Most of us who are of Caribbean decent are used to the nonchalant, annoyed or downright rude attitudes. When I walked in, the lady was stocking drinks in a refrigerator. Of course, she just looked at me as if I was bothering her just by entering the restaurant. She didn't greet me or take a minute to say someone would be with me. There was another person in the restaurant waiting for their order, and another lady brought it to him. As she was wrapping things up with him, she started looking at me asking me what I was going to order...literally while she was still with the other customer. I asked her if they had jerk pork, and of course she started telling me that it wasn't ready and all the other things that weren't ready. I told her I would wait the ten minutes for it to be ready and I sat down shaking my head. Why are they even open, when the food isn't all ready? I was in the process of ordering more food, when she walked off and started doing something else, so I waited for her to finish. I ordered the patty, and it was mediocre. The jerk pork was jerk fat, with barely any meat. Would not recommend.

I ordered through Uber eats never heard about this place before so I wanted to come here and give a proper review. I ordered the jerk chicken and it was delicious. It taste as though it came off the pan (grill) which made it all the more delicious. I will be trying more items from this restaurant in the future.

I got the curried goat with rice and peas and a cabbage salad. It wasn't bad. The sauce seemed a bit sweet, which was odd at first. But the goat was super tender and good. Service was wonderful. She added extra oxtail gravy on the rice, which was greatly appreciated.

This place should be called Island No's, motto: "we nah have that, it ran out." At lunch time...Been here 3 times and they never have cabbage and plantains, they dont know how to supply their kitchen. They offer salad instead...SALAD?! Other than that, tasty curry gravy, good rice n peas, the oxtail is pricey and could be more tender. Maybe they should buy a pressure cooker too? Drive here at your own risk. Island Fusion on griffin and 441 would be my choice. The owner @ island fusion does everything to ensure u get a good meal! Island Joe's?...seems like they know they have a steady stream of in/out diners so they don't care.

This place is 5 stars all around:Spotlessly clean inside and out, drive by any time a day and see someone refreshing the paint or cleaning every day.Simple, incredibly moist, perfectly seasoned homemade food, abundant portions, hot and freshEveryone working there is clean, working hard, cordial, professional and good at their jobPrices are extremely reasonable during these hard times, you can’t even get fast food much less fresh, hot, healthy food at this priceThey keep the menu simple so they can do what they do well and executeI have been in the industry for 30 years and this place is a case study on how a restaurant should be runWhen they heard I had never tried goat before they brought me out 2 different samples to try. Amazing, thank you.This is going in regular rotation!

I've been there about 3 or 4 times my job is not too far from the restaurant so my very first time there how old is something I can't remember exactly what it was I remember though they charged me a lot and they gave me a little bit of food so I'm forgiving so I called it a fluke so my next time back I went for breakfast went to the drive-thru everybody in the restaurant was behaving like they were surprised somebody actually used to drive through and then they gave me a woman Hispanic which I have no problem with but she doesn't speak doesn't speak English well and the card machine wasn't working so that started an attitude with all the women and that was my second time their third time was okay the lady was nice she got me good food she helped me out on the prices because they didn't have enough of what I wanted but today was my fourth time and I'm here for breakfast the window says 7:30 they open no one's in the parking lot I checked online it says 8:00 a.m. it's now 8:15 no cars in the parking lot and the door is locked no one ever answers the number that's posted the food is good it's just the customer service is shaky and sometimes you never know what you're going to get
