If you walk into a place to order food, you atleast expect to be acknowledged and not have a back turned to you while playing with a phone. It wasn't like it was busy, there was nobody in there (guess I see why now) and you still couldn't do your job. Pathetic service, didn't even order food, just walked out after waiting about a minute to give him the chance but he didn't even make an attempt to look around. That's how you get customers out of the store "Freaky Fast".

Jimmy John's is fast-paced and quick in serving you. I stopped here to grab some lunch for the office as I was looking for a low-carb/Keto meal that was quick and easy. The first sandwich was completed before I even finished ordering it was a tuna club in wheat bread nicely cut in half, my order was a special one as I requested a Bootlegger Club unwich which is a sandwich in a lettuce wrap instead of bread. and they prepared perfectly, I was so happy! prices are reasonable if not super inexpensive. Their portions are good, The ingredients are fresh and tasty. I really wished they delivered to our office. The staff is super friendly and the vibe is happy as the greet you as soon as you walk in the door. I will definitely be coming back.

Great Customer Service there ! I want to thank Dave for helping me get my order in again after a small computer malfunction.I was so unhappy they couldn’t find me in the system and said they couldn’t deliver when I always called.I decided to try one last time and he was very kind to help me and remember me as a good customer! Yay and thank you so much ! UPDATE: Now they say they don’t deliver to me again and I’m 10 mins away and always order from here So guess I was not put back in the computer Ohwell ….

I went there Friday march 31st I was treated badly by one of the workers named David I ended up canceling my order. He was talking to me like I'm his child. He's racist. That was my first time at that location. Even when I ask for a receipt for my refund. He gave it to me like I'm nobody. I won't ever step foot in that location ever.
