New England style seafood in a rustic restaurant setting at a strip mall location.Food was very good. I had sea scallops after finding they were out of my first choice, but I was not disappointed. Just call ahead if you have youre heart set on a specific New England specialty seafood.The staff were well experienced and knew the menu. The service was efficient, and the food came out quickly.This place reminded me of living in Cape Ann, MA. Definitely adding to my list of best seafood restaurants in Ft. Lauderdale.Parking: Popular location is busy strip mall makes parking a little bit of a challenge. Restaurant is at end of plaza.

I love this place. It was my dad's favorite restaurant, and he was from New England. They should have lobster bisque everyday in my opinion, LOL. Update: after being gone from south FL for some time, we came here for my first time in 5 years... I'm disappointed in the service we received. I would ask for a different waitress next time. Also the portions shrunk, still delicious but I remember the fish and chips being more substantial. Presentation of the lobster roll was lacking. Good thing this was my Pop's fav restaurant, or I'd never return. We will try the big lobsters next time, the soups are still great.

Oh wow. This might be the best seafood place in the Fort Lauderdale area.. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted by some of the nicest people, and they essentially let me sit whenever I wanted. After I was seated, Kelly came over and took my order, and let me just say that she might be one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met in my life. I ordered a crab cake (incredible) and the scallop and lobster scampi, which was fantastic. Kelly made sure I was taken care of the entire time and even though I was in from out of state, everyone there made me feel like a regular. The prices were all incredibly affordable and there is even a great kids menu as well. I will absolutely be coming back here the next time I’m in the area! Thank you Kelly’s Landing!!

Our server was not a very nice lady she first left our table while we were still talking to her and my food came out cold ! And then she picked up the check while we were still sitting their and I had only had 2 dollars on me was waiting for my husband to give me more cash for a tip and before he could she grabbed it and said that is it !! WHAT I was going to give you more but not now!

This is a place we drive too from our home in Delray Beach. A nice little trip down A1A and it is very much worth the drive. It's all about getting Boston seafood in Ft. Lauderdale, a great combination..It's always great and it's really a hidden Gem.It's also cheaper than flying to Boston..?

Love this place! As a former new englander this really brings back a feeling of my home town. Food is delicious (love the clam chowder and lobster rolls) and reasonably priced. They don't take reservations but the wait goes by super quick even on a Friday evening. We make the drive from Delray Beach just to come here! Totally worth it.
