I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender and have been sick with food poisoning for 48 hour so far. Today I went to urgent care because I cannot stop vomiting. I knew something was wrong with the chicken when I was eating it. It was rubbery and hard to pull apart. I have had to be out of work for 2 days so far stuck in bed. Also, the drive through service was terrible. Stay away from this place.

Customer service was great but the food I received was ridiculous I tried calling before thus review since last night and no answer I want my money back or a new 16pc meal why would you serve it if you wouldn't eat it the chicken was old and dry fries old and cold this is sad no one should be treated this way all you had to say was it would be a hold for chicken and I would have waited don't sell people stuff that's no good treat people the way you want to be treated it's simple I was robbed!

I came thru the drive thru at 7pm on Thursday night and placed an order in the drive thru and the lady working the speaker was so rude with everything I said. I was literally afraid they would spit into my food so I left and went to the other KFC on Broward and 31st Ave and the food was cheaper by 5 dollars and the gentleman who took my order went ABOVE ANS BEYOND with his customer service. Might be in the hood but please drive the extra 1/2mile to the other KFC

Ordered the $20 deal .. this has had to be the worst meal I have ever had .The chicken ,my God!! .. was literally all dry skin,stale and just tasted wrong . The sides were just tasting old and stale .I honestly feel ripped off , absolutely nothing I ate tasted good .

This kfc sucks I ubered food and they sent out my order with wrong driver after an hour I found out and they refused to make my food. Upon THEIR error for not checking for the name because of laziness, the driver tried to explain to them they sent it out they yelled at him and refused to speak with him over the intercom. No wonder you got 3.4 stars. ?

I don't know exactly where to start and stop. Disastrous organization. It has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. Nobody here really knows what they are doing. Absolutely chaotic conditions. You wait forever and then say again what you actually should have gotten. I think that was thought differently ?. As for the food... yes, that was somewhat okay so far - but with the chicken pieces the ratio between meat and breading was somehow strangely disproportional.
