Our lunches today at Kubo were Pad Thai and a dish with Basil sauce, both with shrimp and both very good. The dishes were well prepared and the shrimp were plump and cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself is on the small side with plenty of strip mall parking. Service was efficient from our cheery waitress. All in all, a nice experience in a humble spot with excellent food!

I live right near this place and it is my go-to for a nice variety of Asian food. The panang curry is freaking awesome (and you can even do a panang ramen - what!), the bao buns are really tasty, the sushi I've gotten there totally hits the spot, and there are just a bunch of interesting items from all over east Asia that you might wanna try. Highly recommend. FYI Their staff is stretched a little thin on some nights so be patient if it's a night they're lacking folks but the people there hustle and make it happen.

I parked right in front of Kubo to run into the UPS store, and I'm so glad that I did. I saw many people going in as I was leaving the parking lot, and decided f it- I can be late to my next errand and do my first Yelp review in 3 months now that I've returned from ny Central America journey. The menu offers everything from Asian Fusion/Street Food, to sushi. They also have a generously priced lunch menu with many options. Although I was tempted to order the pancit (it's been sooo long since I've had good pancit) but I DID have an appt so I opted for their lunch sushi : the Kubo combo. This lunch combo is DEFINITELY worth the $14.99 price! It came with 3 (6-8 piece) rolls, a spring roll, and a salad (or miso soup). I opted for the ginger dressing and it tasted as if it was made in the back, with definite bites of ginger throughout. The rolls were both fresh and the spring roll was piping hot- obviously fresh as well. This place deserves the rare 5-star review that I rarely offer up. I am 100% coming back to try the street food very soon- maybe even tomorrow.

We've ordered from here several times and the food is always great. We usually get an order of the steamed chicken gyoza, I love the Kao Soi Ramen and my husband has gotten the beef bulgogi soupless ramen a few times and loved it. We've also ordered the Bao buns and sushi- always yummy!

Called in for pick up and when I arrived they were very busy with pick up orders and some seated guests. Keep timing in mind when coming here because they seem ot be very busy in general. The khao soi is very good and I appreciate that they package the broth separate from the noodles (major key). Also got the spicy salmon roll which was good as well, it wasn't tiny pieces and has the seaweed on the outside. My bf got the spicy miso ramen which was also very good. This may be my new sushi/ramen spot!

A wide variety of Asian dishes, reasonably priced. Lumpia was crispy and flavourful, Pad Thai was delicious, textured, without being ketchupy or too sweet, sushi Moro was fresh and well proportioned, shoyu ramen was excellent.

A real find! A variety of Asian choices (Thai, Korean, Japanese, Sushi, and Filipino). Portions are generous, the service is warm/pleasant . . . but the reason to go is the food! Prices very reasonable. The restaurant is small, so crowded . . . but I learned that they plan to expand some time next year. ah-roi khrap - delicious Masarap - delicious oishii - delicious (masissda) - delicious We will return.

Best ramen I've ever had, I don't remember the name of the one I ordered but it had very thick noodles and they were so fun to eat. The Bao buns appetizer was also very good. Great friendly service, I can't wait to go back!

Let me start I love their selection and quality but the wait is INSANE. Not for a table as its usually half to 3/4 full. I USE TO eat here every 2 to 3 weeks but it's simply too long at this point. I am constantly told it's 25 minutes for my order and it's over 35 minutes to get it. Tonight I was told 35 minutes and I have been sitting and waiting and it's OVER 60 minutes. No less, no one offered water or edamaie or hey X. Maybe next time, when someone wants a to go order tell them it's X time and be somewhat accurate. you lose customers that over $120 everytime.

Hmmm kind of torn here. I ordered the PHO double protein for delivery. They must have been busy because the meat came fully cooked and cold (soup was warm ish, but it was delivery). The portion size for double protein was tiny, what would a single look like, the broth cup was only 75% full which made me sad because their broth is fire! Unfortunate. I will try it again at location.Update: I just checked the receipt

Nice quaint little spot I found last minute on Yelp! Right off 17th st. & US1 (FtL) before the causeway. Went on a early Saturday pm (1pm) not too packed until half hour later ha. The servers were moving just like the food (fast) Everything we had was on point , flavorful, and just delicious Oh I also ordered which I forgot to add was my Thai Tea yum . Anyway, place was clean , exceptional service , delicious food with that being said in will definitely return!!

Kubo Asian fusion is the best spot I walked in on a Wednesday and I was seated right away ! Had a Sapporo beer and some sushi everything was over my expectations!! I always come back to this place.
