Delicious breakfast at Las Orquídeas with my children, this restaurant is highly recommended since it has a wide variety of Latin products on the menu, of course many products from Colombia, happy to have this restaurant on Atlantic near my house, it is like having a little piece of our land here, the empanadas are also recommended!! Terribly disappointed in this place, I arrived at the restaurant and was served by a waiter named Alejandro, who assigned me a place to sit, he handed me the menu, I wanted to order liver, but there was none, so I opted for a tongue in sauce, serious mistake! When the food arrived, the protein was too small, incredibly, not even for a child it would be enough, I told the waiter, who only told me that the tongue looked small and that I should tell the kitchen staff to portion it better, but at no time did he show interest in seeing my plate and solving my problem; However, I continued eating, because I was very hungry. As usual, before ordering I look at the prices and order what I consider best for my budget; It should be noted that I drank water.When I asked for my final account or invoice, I was surprised that the amount of the tongue in sauce was much higher than what appeared on the menu and also the additional eggs that I ordered because the protein was very small; I tell the waiter and he tells me that the prices went up and that they were not reflected on the menu but rather on the back of the menu, it said that subject to modifications, which seems absurd to me, absolutely no one checks the back of a menu with 3 large sheets and knows that this exists.I feel robbed! I ate very badly and had to pay 30 dollars for a plate with food and no drink.The waiter tells me that if I don't pay he would have to pay out of his own money because Mr. Fernándo, who is the owner of this restaurant, charges them for errors and that they were obliged to inform the customer that the prices were higher, Without proof to justify it, then he had to pay the rest, which made me very angry and I had to pay it myself so that they wouldn't discount the waiter. We went there for breakfast. We didn't like the food., The arepa was hard like a rock, We had to send it back and the one that came back was still extremely hard. The Eggs had no seasoning. The reason I gave a 3 stars instead of a 2 or 1 star was because the place was clean and the young lady that served us was really nice, and seating was really comfortable. Maybe the food is better for lunch and dinner. But breakfast food was dissapointing..

Got the badeja paisa and delicious fresh squeezed orange juice - the flavors were incredible. Seasoned to perfection and the ahí on the side was fresh and spicy which cut down the savory fats. Felt like I was in Medellín.

I absolutely love it here!!!! The food is DELICIOUS. you can seriously feel the love in the every bite. The rice is delicious, their fruits and veggies are all so so so so fresh, and their meat is sooooooo good. If you are ever craving a delicious home cooked meal, come here! :)

This place is such a gem ? The food is very fresh and so tasty. My husband and I got bandeja montañera and we were very pleased with our plates! Nice portions too. The stuff was super friendly and attentive and always with a smile. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone!
