What a great find. Tiny place hidden off of Sunrise Blvd. Shhhhh.Interesting food choices and a great selection of loose leaf teas.Inside has lots of fun chatchkes but it was the tiny outside area that got me. Shady and comfortable for Sunday brunch.Ordered the Magnolia waffle with Avocado, fruit, and 2 fried eggs. Absolutely amazing. Cooked just right and all the different flavors balanced perfectly.Will definitely eat here again.

This was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it there! The great service, delicious food, and the eclectic atmosphere was so nice!! We had the Chicken Panini and Waffle (with fruit on the side instead of on top), Avocado, and Scrambled eggs.
