We got served the two most awful deluxe chicken sandwiches we've ever seen. The buns were over toasted, the chickens were burnt and all the toppings were missing. We realized it a minute after we pulled out and had no time and desire to go back to return them.

Claimed to not have order and system down without explanation. No service was even rendered after driving to get here..
The sausage in my sandwich was not fully cooked. When I arrived, I stood at the register for 5 minutes while this guy just looked at me and didn't say a word. Finally, another employee arrived at work, and I asked her if anyone was working the register. That's when the guy came over and said, "You have to use the kiosk." I left and went through the drive thru. This is 6:45am, and they weren't busy at all. I gave three stars for service for the two ladies in the drive thru
