I went there they had no bread, The manager was out to buy some. I asked for pasta salad they had no pasta salad, everything I asked for they didn't have I'm like what the hell y'all open for.

These subs were awesome! We were in the area at a football tournament craving a good sub. Monster subs hit the spot! As soon as my son ate his he asked for about her one for later. The next day, my husband joked about driving back down (an hour away) to get another one! They were that good! The sub rolls were soft and fresh! One of the subs we ordered was a hot Philly and it looked amazing! They also delivered them to us a a park!! We can't wait til the next time we are in the area to get another Monster Sub!!!

i wish i could have tried this place. came in monday morning around 945 am. the restaurant lists their opening time at 9, so i guess one could safely assume they would be ready for customers at least by 945, if not 9. when i arrived, the girl behind the counter was on her phone and looked a bit annoyed that i was there. there was also a strange smell inside the store. i asked if they have tuna subs, she looked inside the cooler, confirmed they have tuna, but then told me they dont have any bread. i asked if she knew when the bread would be arriving, to which she responded that she didn't know. i left very confused, wondering how a sandwich shop wouldnt have any bread. i also argued with myself about leaving this review, because maybe it was just an off-day. but there is another recent review that sites the changing of ownership, and their lack of products when they tried to order food as well. i hope this review, along with the other one, will wake up the new owners to get their act together. i would suggest either changing the store hours so you are ready for customers when you open, or getting a new supplier / keeping better inventory.

I went to monster today and got a salad, and the board had said medium salad is 5.90 I was charged for a large container salad I said to the person why are you charging me 6.60 the board says 5.90 so she replied oh we haven't changed the prices yet so I started to laugh I said well that's not my problem so she still charged me the wrong price which it was 6.60 don't you think that's wrong doing I mean that's your fault if you did your job correctly you have to put the salad in a large container and charged me correctly unless your stealing?!?!... But in this case I'll just post this on the BBB YOU NEVER KNOW I just might be the one that is a secret shopper to make sure the business is running correctly. In this case I think it's price gouging and trying to get more money from people by using this excuse. Needless to say I didn't leave a tip.
I have been eating here for about 6 years but the new ownership is doing a bad job. Packaged meat and on my last visit they ran out of LETTUCE at noon on a Monday. Please do better, a sandwich shop should not run out of lettuce

I was starved, placed my order by phone, young lady was so professiona, spoke clearly and all, went to pick up my Sub, tipped the young lady $3, got back to the office, opened, bread crmbled, cucumbers and olives were old, only thing fresh was the pickle, even the sweet Ice tea had a funny taste. The Owner before this one would have never sold me a sandwich like that.
