The House Special Chicken was great. Flavorful and cooked well. Service, however, left a lot to be desired. The woman taking orders was extremely gruff to the point of being rude. Extremely limited menu, unlike other airport Pei Wei locations. (No Kung Pao chicken here, amongst the meager 6 six items you can purchase.) Finally, very limited seating for three food spots all side by side. 80% of people ordering had to go eat at gate seats with no tables.

I got beef and green beans because of the 6 things they appear to offer it would have the highest percentage of veggies to meat. What the F did I get? Not a single green bean, and heavily sugared beef in 25% of the container and 75% rice. Ridiculously bad.

After a long day at work and chores I was feeling lazy and didn't want to cook so I said let's just grab a quick bite to eat at the mall since they have a ton of choices. We walked by all the kiosk and decided on Pei Wei Asian Express and they were nice enough to let us try a few of the food so we can make the right choice. The ladies behind the counter were so sweet (Magnolia & Ingris). I chose the two hunters and a side and the portions were so large that I was actually able to share with my wife and we also ordered the vegetarian eggroll and the cream cheese wontons. The food was fresh, great portions, and it tasted delicious. I was shocked that they had an average rating of 2 1/2 stars. However, the ladies really made this 5 star experience with their sweetness. Keep up the great work ladies and we will definitely be back.

If you expect to get your food in a timely manner and to be given to you in the order that it was placed in line, you are asking for too much at this location. Several people who ordered after me got their meals quickly after ordering, but mine took 15 minutes. I expressed my frustration to one employee, and I was told that it takes more time for some dishes. There were only two food offerings at the time I went and others were ordering the same items I did, so that excuse doesn’t fly (no pun intended ?). Another employee overheard our conversation and told the employee I was talking with, “Don’t talk to him. He got his food.” ?This place has terrible service and even worse customer service. In fairness, once I finally got it, the food itself was good.

I told her what I ordered and she kept asking “what else?”I told her that was everything I order and she kept asking “what else?”. Finally the other cashier step in and told her that was my order and the lady I was dealing with at the moment reply to her “yes, but she has to give me her receipt” like she could’ve just ask for it.

This was disgusting! I ordered what I think was the honey chicken but it should be called honey coating because there was hardly any chicken. I had two bites and gave up. It looked nothing like the picture. Gross. Order taker had as much personality as the honey chicken had meat... basically zero. Just avoid this place. It's a bad experience. Hey Pei Wei... step your game up. This is also a leadership/management issue. Train your people.
