I went to this bar tonight… I went there as a military soldier that has served my Country… I had walked to the bathroom and realized it was the men’s bathroom instantaneously, and I had at that moment, asked a bartender “Excuse me” “ Excuse me” As I was looking for the bathroom, she turned around at that moment with her long stringy Ramen noodle hair and said to me “ I hate when people say, excuse me excuse me when I’m working” and tried to embarrass me in front of the entire bar.. Mission accomplished, because it was extremely embarrassing… What kind of a person would do that to another person and then beyond that….. What kind of a woman would do that to another woman? I did nothing but use my manners to say excuse me because I was trying to find the restroom and I reached out to somebody that worked there like I should but you turned around, And embarrassed me because you were bothered that I had a question???? Shame on you!!!!!!!!!! ….. and shame on this company… I have never seen such poor customer service in my entire life…. Talk about a place that doesn’t uplift women from another woman…. Good luck in life lady… And just so you know…. that I know….that we know….: that I didn’t walk away because I coward down to you….. I walked away because I have class… Let’s be real I had you all day…. every day…. and twice on Sunday…. ? ? ? Get some sense lady. You’re not a good person!

Great location and atmosphere.This place has all the right ingredients for the perfect chill spot for me and my friends.Wheelchair accessibility: Some of us were able to bring our bikes inside, so the entrance is nice and wide, and there's plenty of room for wheelchairs to move around.

Great Live music/Dive bar--only one of it's breed in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Sometimes referred to as "Churchill's of the North." Bathrooms are an effort but not impossible. They got food now, but I can't vouch for it as of yet. No smoking inside, but the outside is pretty accessible. If you do smoke or just sit outside, you'll be treated to the best people watching and hijinx this side of World Star.

This is the best bar in Fort Lauderdale and the only one really worth going to if you are into cheap beer, rock n roll, and girls with tattoos. The place doesn't open until 9 or 9:30 so there really isn't any action until late (10pm or after), so it's a great late night destination. The place is a filthy dive but that is a big part of it's allure. Everything else in the downtown area pales in comparison. The back bar is the place to be on a Friday or Saturday night where bartender Tommy puts on cult horror movie classics on the TV and serves up great beer at a price so cheap it's unmatched in town. Great original live music by some very fine local bands several nights a week.

With inflation as high as it is right now I have found a new love and appreciation for poorhouse. While everything else may seem to be crazy poorhouse stays consistent with its great friendly staff and cheap but tasty drinks.
