What kind of garbage you serving? No taste… cheese fries? No… fries with a side of cheese whiz you serve. Burgers? No taste.. service? Fair , considering the amount of folks … but the Coca Cola was good anyway.Close your store and let’s get one in that knows service, and how to make good food

Don’t try this shake shack location if you’ve never had shake shack before. Overly greasy patty and bun will be sure to make you feel worse after your meal. Breakfast taters taste like a whole lot of oily nothingness.

It's unbelievable that there are so few options for a fresh or healthy breakfast in this busy Delta terminal. Had to settle for shake shack and while the coffee was good and hot there was no real fresh milk of any kind, only coffee mate. Front line seems pretty out of it, screwed up my order, took the buzzer and walked away, gave my food to someone else, didn't apologize, didn't care. There's a tiny pickup window through which an accumulation of customers waits for their food or pleads their case for a redo on their orders which were also incorrectly executed. Bummer.

I accidentally ordered my food to a different location, and the manager of this location was so accommodating and nice that she made my order there and gave it to me, even though it was confusion on my part. Thank you so much!!

The female working the register at 5:30 AM today was so rude. She must not like working mornings or whatever but she should not be the one greeting your guests. Her attitude made my family go elsewhere for breakfast.

Airport food is airport food. I’m not going expecting quality, I just want edible food. Well the good news is you’ll get edible food here, the bad news is getting it. Our order was fine but there were so many problems with everyone else, Diet Coke running out and it not being known to the cashier caused many orders of Diet Coke that didn’t exist. Some lady ahead got bacon cheese fries and got a tub of bacon and cheese yet no fries. The food isn’t the best nor the worst but the service is a trainwreck.

Yikes! The expo moved slower than I’ve ever seen a restaurant worker move. She filled 10 bags before she would turn to the window…

I’ve never wrote a google review before but I had to for this place because of how absolutely terrible it is. Waited 30 minutes to only be told they’ve run out of what I ordered. Ordered cheese fries and I watched the server scrape the sides of the cheese warmer and then give me it with the cheese all crusty in a side container. I asked for a refund and they refused to do it. 45 minute ordeal for trash I couldn’t even eat. This is my first time eating at shake shack and will be the last. Avoid any establishment ran by HMS Host!!!

When my flight arrived at Fort Lauderdale airport. (FLL) I had a deep hunger and desire to indulge in a fried chicken sandwich. You see, the closest Chick-Fil-A location in proximity to my habitation is 102 km’s away and that’s not including crossing the border. And while I’m fond of small chat at customs, it’s not the most practical option in my current season and context. So to find out the FLL did not have a chick-fil-a, I quickly felt a case of the 3 D’s. disappointed, discouraged and disconnected. But thankfully the story the doesn’t end here. I think Henry Kissinger said it best “ Serendipity - Look for something, find something else, and realize what you found is more suited to your needs than what you thought you were looking for.”My friend recommended we try the Shake Shack as an alternative. The lineup was quite long, but as you’ll soon read, it was well worth the wait. The staff working there were pro’s. Despite the busyness and high demand, they remained cool, calm and collected. Unfortunately I didn’t get to chat with them for too long, but with the large lineups behind and in front of us, I’ll give them a pass for not asking me about my nephew’s upcoming basketball tournament.Needless to say we waited patiently and the food arrived. We ordered 3 different burgers and 1 fried chicken burger, French fries (some cheese sauce too ?)The burgers were quite good but the fried chicken burger experience is what truly ouzed of Serendipity. The breading was light and crispy, the chicken was tender and juicy, and my stomach and heart were full. For myself as a client, I’d rate myself a 4.2I did the following things well:-Ate with my mouth closed-Waited patiently and with a smile-Cleaned up after myselfSome area for improvement included:- At one point I made eye contact with one of the staff then looked at my watch. I hope they didn’t take that as a sign that I was frustrated with the wait. I was merely counting calories.- I forgot to give the staff my business cards. Oh well next time.Overall, a great experience. Until the next time FLL Shake Shack.

This is located in the Fort Lauderdale airport. It is near gate eight for Delta. They have beer and wine plus the usual shake shake burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwich and fries. It was 11:30 so quite busy. It took about 15 minutes for my name to be called to grab my bag of food. The burger comes with cheese, lettuce and tomato, as well as shake sauce. It was good. The fries were surprisingly crispy and good. It was busy and a little loud, but it is the airport!
