I got the wonton soup and pad see ew and both were so awful and gross. It also had a black hair in it (I’m blonde, so it was mine). The chicken was like rubber and literally dumped it all in the trash. Never again!

Pad Thai. Dry and tasteless. Isn’t Pad Thai supposed to be super flavorful? Very disappointing dinner.

Just subpar. Nothing great about the food or the service. Probably won’t return because I felt unfulfilled.

For $7 the only difference between the lunch and dinner portions is how much rice you get. They also can't seem to cook their sweet potatoes all the way through. The food here is usually very good but seems to have gone down in quality over the last year.

Sky Thai Sushi @skythaisushi?Ft.Lauderdale, FLFollow @eatzwithsweetz on ig and fb for more!Fresh and reasonably priced sushi right on Las Olas. The premium sake flight had me feeling right. The fried Shumai was tasty and I loved the sauce they served with it. The red dragon roll was filled with shrimp tempura and eel, topped with seared tuna and masago? Are you a sushi lover?#skythaisushi #lasolas #ftlauderdale #sushi #shumai #sake #Thai #broward #foodie #letsdrinkz #eatzwithsweetz #letseatz

Sky Thai Sushi in Las Olas offers a delightful culinary experience with very good food that impresses the taste buds. The restaurant's great location adds to its charm, providing a pleasant dining atmosphere. While the ambience is average, the overall experience is elevated by the delicious menu. However, the customer service, though acceptable, falls short of being exceptional.Vegetarian options: We were able to customize our order.

Honestly going in to this place I thought it was going to be a nice experience especially since the hostess was very welcoming but once we were seated with a male waiter. We were welcomed with fast service and then me and my girlfriend proceeded to eat. My girlfriend ate a bit too much and was throwing up a bit and the waiter was trying to educate me on why I should always tip while he was completely aware of my girl throwing up and ignored me and walked away when I asked for napkins after his lecture on how he deserves tips and if not he won’t serve me again. Honestly sad how a grown man can act that way. Waiters receive tips when met with respect, a smile, and tons of maintenance with the customers.

Consistently one of the best places for Sushi (or Thai) in Fort Lauderdale. Along with a menu that has something for everyone and the always friendly service, it's the honestly the super freshness of the fish (and other ingredients as well) that really sets them apart from the rest. Every dish and roll is a showcase of what Sushi really should be, and the quality of everything used makes trying new dishes adventurous and fun. Personal favorites include the Rising Sun roll and the King of the Sea soup. 11/10

Whilst the food was good I have never experienced such awful service. We were made to feel like an inconvenience, rushed and harassed by our waiter who came to stare at our table to see if we were finished every minute. The whole experience ruined our evening. Don’t seat paying customers if serving staff are going to behave in this way. Frankly if I could leave a no star review I would. Not what you expect from a restaurant like this. We will not be returning

The sushi was meh, our bus boy looked disappointed to be at work. The fish didn’t taste like fish, it was quite tasteless, but the rice of the sushi rolls reeked of fish oil. They did a great job on my beef massaman, but the sushi was bad and lead to a really disappointing date.

When it comes to the name of the place, I definitely preferred the Thai over the Sushi. The Penang curry was phenomenal. The peanut flavor and the overall density of the curry were a perfect match. Penang Curry is my go-to for every first time in a new Thai place; just to be able to rate it. And this one gets five out of 5.I did go back the next day for their bento sushi and salmon bento lunch. It was good, ample portions, overall they provide great service.

From the chicken appetizer to my streak that was so bad. My date had the shrimp Chinese lo mein that was cold. The drinks were made horrible. Couldn't find the server half the time. Just bad over all. I really never trash a restaurant but it was a bad night.

Sky Thai Sushi is an Iconic local restaurant. Located right on Las olas blvd. with convenient above ground or metered parking. I've been eating here for well over ten years. They have loyal staff and great management. Try the Shrimp spring rolls with a tangy light dipping sauce ... so yummy! Perfect sized sushi rolls for a well proportioned and tasty mouthful. Love their Basil Stir Fry with chicken. I usually order delivery but they do have a great location to eat an walk around the Blvd along with a fun and modern ambiance that includes a bar, indoor and limited outdoor seating.
