I order almost every morning and the new people.on morning shift are terrible if they don't know how to.make a certain smoothie they shouldn't be working by themselves I ordered a high protein almond mocha the same thing I order every morning and today it was not made correctly it was horrible

I visited this location on Wednesday, 9/13/23. Being that it was a hot day, I was craving a smoothie. I ordered the 32 oz Pineapple Surf Smoothie, which came with Strawberries, Pineapples, Kiwi Apple Juice Blend, Turbinado, and Dairy Whey Blend. The smoothie was prepared a bit too loose. However, I truly liked the refreshing flavor of the beverage.

The gentleman yesterday provided us with Excellent customer service.The environment was clean and tidy?Smoothies are refreshing and lot's of great deals available to the customers.I will definitely return to this location.

Me and my friends walked into smoothie king to cool off and get smoothies ofc. My friend is trans and wore ah skirt today, the workers instantly noticed and started cracking jokes with one each other picking my friend apart because they are trans and decided to wear a skirt today. If these homophobic employees truly represent what smoothie king is abt I will no longer buy your products or support your busy. Simply not cool.

If I could rate this place no stars I would. Nothing to do with the smoothie because it was really good and I love smoothie king, but the lady who was working CHANTELY was sooo rude. I was standing at the counter waiting for 5 min to order when nobody was in here. She was laughing with the other employees who worked there. I kept asking if I could order and it was like she was ignoring me. Whe I finally got to order I gave her my money and she slammed the money drawer. I don't know if she was having a bad day because we all have those days but she could've handled it better. I will never come back to this one, I will let my friends and family know as well

So I've never been to smoothie King and I came in this morning with an urgent emergency totally outside of getting a smoothie and the crew that was there June 11th 2023 went over and beyond the manager Maxine and Kenny the team associate was tremendously helpful to not only me as I observed they were totally helpful to other customers as well it is a very convenient local and clean store I will definitely be back I strongly appreciate you guys thank you so much and yes I got my first smoothie today lol

Wow .!!!I'm not surprised with this store reviews. I absolutely agree with them.If you're on your way to the airport, don't stop here. You will have to wait a while for your smoothies of fruit bowlIncredible, there is no sense of urgency there !So sad !!The store is dirty, and the bathrooms were nasty.I'm giving 2 star1- they are aware of allergies2- I like the fruit bowl.Only that theirs portion are small.

Wow !!!Before I started my Review, I read all new Reviews a lot of 1 or 2 star .Absolutely agreed ?If you're traveling and stop here before you go to the airport, be Ready to WAIT !!!!!Incredible, they do have no sense of urgency.We waited over 15 minutes with only 1 customers in the store. I don't know if this store is a franchise, however is so sad because their new bowl are ok.
