Janice helped us today & she was super kind & efficient. The place was busy because everyone was out shopping after the local flooding. They didn’t have any food showing in display case but she was well-versed regarding what was in stock. Nice job ladies! ?

Arrived 10/5/2022 8am. Luis was fabulous. Hospitality to the fullest. Embarrassingly I have never shopped at a Starbucks solely because I am normally with a friend or colleague, and they order for me. I provided Luis with a few must haves for my coffee and he allowed me to taste test. In addition, he provided knowledgeable suggestions. I ended up with a Nitro with oat milk some vanilla sweetener and oh boy he described the drink to the T. It provided me the energy I needed to get my day going. More importantly he didn't judge me for potentially asking what I would think was stupid questions, plus for being a newbie at Starbucks. He was super patient with me too - didn't rush my decision. Charming personality as well. I recommend and will return.

Come to Starbucks and there’s always some excuse when you order certain items. The pure laziness of this crew is incredible. Publix and Starbucks should be more in tune to the functionality and need of its customers and menu

Yikes. I don't think I've ever written a negative review of a Starbucks. There were, at first, 2 employees, neither of whom knew how to make the drinks without reading directions and getting confused. They would take an order, leave the register and make drinks, then come back to take next order. Finally a 3rd person arrived and seemed know how to instruct them to make drinks, but was no quicker. 3 people were ahead of me, and it took 10 minutes to place my order. 15 minutes to start my drink. 3rd employee walked away with 6 people line. 20 minutes total to get my drink. Again, there were 3 people ahead of me. They all need to be replaced, or close this location.

They are making the space so uncomfortable for their employees and customers… they want to keep perpetuating a state of emergency by the horrible condition that they make their workers work and not allowing customers to sit down… it needs to stop.
